Me and my husband and my daughter just came into town. We were looking for a quick bite to eat since we were just up the street it was 8 o’clock we walked in. She kept insisting we had to be out by nine and we said OK we would be out but yet still insisting we be out by nine at this point we realize she just didn’t want us in there with our daughter so we left funny, considering there’s a big sign outside, saying family friendly

Their food and staff are really amazing. They also have a pool table and a touch tunes jute box. They do karaoke on Fridays and Saturdays, and their drink prices are not too bad.

Truly don't know how this place is still in business. Friends and I decided to go to this place bc it's down the street and didn't seem busy for a Wednesday night we got there at 9:45 and got told they were closed when on the website says 11. Bartender was incoherent and intoxicated during her shift; once we sat on the barstools she told us they were closed although she wasn't fully able to form her sentences considering she did not seem to be in a sober state of mind, really embarrassing for her. I truly hope this business will change their ways considering all these bad reviews they have.

Fall 23 some guy was sitting on his car hood said he had to frisk us before going in.Once inside we were waiting 15 minutes for a drink from a guy behind the bar giving change from his pants pocket. Bad or no customer service. We left..

Not sure how this place has 4 stars. Came here the other night for a quick bite. Walked in and no one bothered to greet us. Some folks walked out and told us "good luck". Finally someone who works there told us we can sit anywhere. There were a few tables that still haven't been bussed. We sat for about 10 minutes and no one came over. The staff were socializing amongst each other. I finally got up and grabbed the menus. Waited a bit and still no one came over. We finally decided to walk out. Terrible customer service, actually no service. It appears they didn't care whether there were diners or not. The review is purely for the service of lack of. Don't come here if you are looking for a friendly staff and prompt service.

The moment I parked a guy came out and asked me if I was disabled, which I said no, there were not any indication of disabled parking but I moved my car anyway. Then when ordering, asked the waitress, does the fountain drinks have refills? And she said yes... then when I was going to pay she said "they have refills but you have to pay them"....

For a middle of nowhere bar, this place has killer food. Really good food and good choices. If they had draft beer it would be better. But the drink specials are good except the beer prices and the services. Okay. All in all though it definitely deserves a four.

Had the avacado bacon burger. It was on point. The waitress was friendly, attentive and had a nice butt.

They say is kids friendly..... not really. Unless your kids like the smell of weed. Probably a fun time with just adults.

Came in at 12PM to try to get some takeout but as soon as I walked in, the woman who worked here told me the cook wasn't in yet. Asked her when the cook would come and she said she's been trying to reach him all morning and doesn't know when he'll come in. The lady I spoke to was very nice, but I figured since this was one of the only restaurants near here and its lunchtime that there'd at least be some food available. Might come later and update my review, but this is it for now. Btw, road conditions are great right now so that's not the issue!

This nice little dive-bar with fun atmosphere was at the edge of the neighborhood of the Air BnB we were staying in in Sugarloaf. Tucked away, it wasn't too busy on a Thursday night but was a pretty fun place with music, pool, excellent food and drinks. I believe it was not the usual, but this night, they actually let us bring in our 3 dogs and that was super convenient, otherwise we couldn't have gone in. We ordered 1 drink each and a salad as well as wings. I have to say, everything was excellent. Service was super quick, food was fresh and delicious, and just an overall really nice experience! I highly recommend this little Sugarloaf gem!

Stopped in for the first time today. There were five of us. we sat on the upper level. service was a bit slow but the food is excellent. The burgers are tasty and my brother‘s club sandwich looked wonderful. he said it was wonderful. Just a nice, comfortable place to sit and chill for a while, the prices are moderate. They have Coors light and 805 on tap. We will be back soon.

Food was good. Had western bacon cheeseburger, the sauce and onion rings were awesome. Hubby had Mile high club sandwich, said bread was good but quality of meat could have been better. Also ordered the grilled chicken salad for tonight, so no opinion on that except it looks good. Bartender never approached us after we ordered, even though I did inquire about if they had Jameson. Stood at end of bar to get something to drink while waiting on our food and the bartender never came back to ask what we wanted to drink. When we finally sat at the table waiting for food to be done, the Bartender then went to end of bar to talk with other patrons. I have lived here since 1992 and I used to love going for a drink and good food at the Sugarloafer. Kallans has always had decent food but their service is very much lacking. Knowing this I called 4xs to order Togo and no one answered phone. After going in and telling bartender we tried to order over the phone but Noone answered. She said maybe phone wasn't plugged in. So I tried calling in the restaurant and the phone rang no issues. While waiting for our food the phone rang and she didn't even attempt to answer it. There were 6 people at the bar and one table who was almost done when we arrived. It still took 30mins to get our food, and not to be acknowledged by the bartender and Noone else came in after us. Such a disappointment!!! AND IT WAS FREEZING INSIDE!!!!
