Our family of 4 enjoyed a nice lunch here. Service was friendly and food was served quickly. We were treated to an extra side of their delicious homemade hot sauce. We enjoyed chicken Tikka, Tikka masala, saag paneer, lamb momo, and 2 mango lassis, with naan and rice. It fed us all very well with extra to take home. I would recommend this restaurant.

Food was great but service was lacking. We visited for a late lunch (around 1pm) and sat on the patio—although small (only two tables), it is dog friendly which we appreciated since we brought our dog along for the trip. We ordered the chicken momo, paneer pakora (fried cheese), chili naan, garlic naan, butter chicken, saag paneer, and the fried chicken and mushroom. Everything was very good. The food arrived within minutes of us placing our order, which was nice. The only reason I’m giving four stars rather than five is because we didn’t receive our drinks within a timely manner and we would have liked to have been checked in on a little more frequently—it took awhile to get boxes for leftovers and to get the check. Otherwise, very good food and would recommend!

Came here to try their food based on Yelp reviews. We normally go to Himalaya, but got tired of their inattentive service. Our first impression of Masala Craft Indian Cuisine was these guys are so short staffed! There was a full house and only a few guys running around serving their customers. We got our table fairly quickly despite this restaurant looking crowded. Then we realized why. All three waiters were hustling like their lives were at stake! Yet they still managed to be courteous. Our server took our drink and food order, came back a minute later with our drinks, and kept on going. I barely had the chance to settle in when our food started coming in. The freshly baked naan tasted amazing, and the Tikka Masala was fabulous. I dipped the naan in the beautiful red masala sauce and enjoyed the first bite. My family of four was impressed by the waters' hustle, the delicious Indian cuisine (I especially loved the garlic naan), and prompt service. We will be back for sure.

The food is quite tasty, but the portions are small. For example, their mixed grill is mostly onions with only a few pieces of actual grilled meat. Similarly, their biryani has very little meat and is primarily rice. Additionally, the service is basic, and it can be difficult to communicate with the servers.

SO GOOD. First time having Indian and it was an 11/10. Garlic naan, chicken masala, & samosas were our intro into this world of flavor and ooooh my goodness. Give this place a try for sure!

Amazing food. Can't believe there are these flavors here in big bear. Service was not as friendly as we wanted, but food was great. My wife and I spent the first ten minutes talking about how delicious it was.

Solid north Indian restaurant food but avoid the tandoori options, they're served on a cast iron sizzling platter (which is fun!) but they're not tandoori (more like fajitas :/).
