Latte was good. Breakfast sandwich on English muffin wasn't toasted so the bread had no flavor and was soft and ruined the sandwich. Long waits but that's common in Big Bear it seems with the rise and fall of peak traffic.

I just love Big Bear ! It is such a quaint little town and little findings. We came to this Cafe to charge our Tesla outside as well as get some breakfast. The menu is good ! I loved my turkey, egg and cheese on a croissant and my daughter loved her cupcake. The girls working there were nice and gave some good suggestions of where to go and what to do. It's a nice local spot to just chill and have some coffee before getting into your day.

Wow! After the disappointing experience at the Copper Q, the Tea & Coffee Exchange was a refreshing blast of fresh air! The service was pleasant and the ambiance is warm and inviting. To boot, their prices are much better. A plain and not so good coffee at the Copper Q was $ 5.33 AFTER the local's discount which I had to ask for, while the same size Mocha at the Tee & Coffee Exchange was $5.12. Support the Tea and Coffee Exchange. Don't waste your money or time at the Copper Q.

I come up to big bear pretty frequently. Sometimes it's a busy weekend and other times it's not as busy. I come to the tea and coffee exchange almost every time. I don't actually place an order every time though because it can get extremely busy and they are usually understaffed. If it's a busy day, you can expect to be in line for around 20-40 minutes. Then when you order, the baristas probably won't actively listen to what you're ordering because they're stressed out so it's likely that part of your order will be incorrect. I recommend it because it's good but I try to avoid it when it's busy.

We came so excited to this place "Tea &coffee exchange" since we are visiting, when we first came in the place was totally empty, the Staff was just sitting there, they saw us, we wait in the counter like 10 minutes untill they wanted to come up and take our order, when she finally came I ordered an ice coffe and they said they didn't have ice, OK, so I ended up ordering a hot capuccino. When the coffee's were ready they didn't even call us to let us know so of course they were COLD. The capuccino tasted just like water. TERRIBLE. We ordered grilled cheese and they were black because they were totally burnt no mayo no nothing just plain and dry. Sadly NOT coming back again.!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, AND MONEY!!!!!

DON'T WASTE TIME ON THIS CAFÉ!! I waited over 30 minutes for my Thai tea boba only for them to get my order wrong, but also leaving the boba leaves inside. Service is slow, get your orders wrong, and after waiting for 40 minutes for 4 Thai teas they only gave me 3 after paying for 4 bobas, but wanted to charge me for the "4". Instead I left it as it was since we had already waited enough and were charging us after we had already paid. Waited over 30 minutes and didn't even get my boba. Don't waste your time on this place. Wait time and quality of the drink is not worth it!!!

This place has been consistent on food coffee and service for years. Been coming here for almost 10 years.
We got a matcha latte over ice an coffe latte.Well the matcha they gave it to us super hot so I let them know it was over ice. All they did was get the a cup of ice and pour the hot drink over ice. Well yeah the ice melted and the matcha was water down. I will not be coming back here or recommending to anyone.
