Matcha latte was TERRIBLE, took a few sips but then threw it away. Told the barista right away. All she did was apologize that it was bad. Didn’t even offer to remake it. Cold brew was rough too.

Adorable wood and stone cabin inspired cafe that offers cooking classes, fresh baked quiches, bagel sandwiches, pastries, a large selection of delicious cafe lates, coffees and hot ciders! They have beautiful tea cups, mugs, and locally made jams and preserves for sale, nicely presented on wooden shelves. The cons----they are very short staffed. The girl behind the register was incredibly sweet and helpful, but she was overwhelmed. My hot chocolate I ordered was ice cold, I had to return it to get a hot one. A woman in line started complaining, "Are you the only one working here?? What's taking so long!?" The prices are on the high side, my cake pop was yummy but I have to admit I've had much better. It's a nice place to visit and has a wonderful atmosphere but there is some room for improvement.

This establishment has taken a serious downturn since the Stalcups sold it. When they owned it the service, coffee, and food were lovingly handcrafted and tasted accordingly. The decor was that of a place that cared about foodies and the craft of cooking. Now, on the other hand, the place is a mismatched hodge podge of stuff shoved against the wall. The place oozes of an impersonal and uncaring atmosphere that lost the Big Bear touch. It also has an air of dingy and dirty as portrayed by the table filled with crumbs in the cracks. Gross. Facts since change of ownership: 1. The establishment is not as clean. 2. The establishment is not as inviting. 3. You pay more for less (a plain cup of coffee with local's discount costs $5.33, whereas a mocha of the same size at the Tea & Coffee Exchange is $5.12).

Smelled amazing but they stop serving pho around 6pm, next time call! Their drinks looked good as well but we didn't get a chance to try

Decided to drop in for some coffee and was greeted by Brandon. Super friendly service with a smile. Gave us some great recommendations for drinks. Will be coming back. Thank you Brandon!

Literally the worst coffee I've ever had anywhere. Starbucks blows this place out of the water and that's not saying much. Beautiful building/decor and fantastic location. Unfortunately, their product is absolutely awful. And will never ever go back there again.

We got some soups and hot chocolates and coffee. The girl in the counter was so unfriendly. Soup terrible and hot chocolate would not worth the stop!

I always recommend The Copper Q for coffees and hot chocolate - especially during a snowy walk through the village. The baked goods are yummy too! This review is specifically about the pho... we were highly disappointed. Big Bear needs a real, authentic pho spot not another cheap attempt at it. It's worth the drive and gas to just get it off the mountain. I'm all for trying new things, but to charge almost $40 for two bowls of... not pho... We will not recommend the pho or be back for it. Everything else about the place is wonderful though and definitely worth checking out.

Horrible experience. They charged me the wrong price for my order and they refused to address the issue. Bagels are from Costco, not even gourmet. Take your business elsewhere.

Extremely over priced for just a bagel and cream cheese, took my family there just to be disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this place, they made a mistake at the register charging me for full meals when all that was ordered was bagels. They refused to fix the mistake. Paid $88 for four bagels with cream cheese and 2 coffees along with small kids hot chocolate.

Absolutely amazing!!!Warmly of service guys, the atmosphere and the music, it is a 100% cozy place. The coffee, tasty and fresh, delicious. Please try “scrambled omelet” it is the best in the world!! I couldn't wait to talk about it and it just appeared in this photo!

We walked around The Village in Big Bear and found this place for breakfast. The experience was great. I got the omelette scramble and it was a very large portion. Two people can definitely split it. The chai latte is delicious and had a hint of apple cider. Total was about $15. It's a spacious spot but with a cozy feel. Ide come here again.
