Upon entering nobody to greet you. Window to order and seat yourself. Open seating. Received food in a timely manner. Ordered turkey sandwhich with double meat and what we got was not what we paid for. Also ordered meatball low carb and it was not hot even. Taste old. Lastly wedge fries most were hard and no taste. Dont recommend this establishment

Friendly staff, great prices, good parking, inside and outside dining. Family friendly, two TVs, claw machines in lobby.

Ordered the taco pizza to go. No lettuce, no cheese, no tomatoes and no jalapenos!! Opened the box after a 15 min drive home and found a sausage, onion and olive pizza! WTF! Also ordered the manicotti...which had 5lbs of melted cheese on top of it. Minestrone soup tasted as if it were made several days prior because all the veggies and pasta were pure mush! Yuck! Been wanting to try this place for a while and now will never go back. Dont waste your can make better pizza, pasta and soup at home.

The service here is awful. I called in an order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived 30 minutes later I was told they hadn't even started my order and it would be at least an hour. They were not that busy. The girl working the counter had an I don't care attitude. It seems every time I come here there is a problem. I won't be coming back. There are plenty of other places that actually appreciate business.

It's cute on the outside and definitely a family place on the inside, we got a pepperoni pizza & garlic bread. Everything was delicious :)

Food was pretty good. We had a large order and they got it all correct but the service was not good. We had trouble getting waters for our table the worker just pointed to show us where it was and walked away instead of helping us carry it to our table. Come to this place expecting to serve yourself because they don't do anything to help you out.

Came here during Fourth of July week, and this was our first time getting pizza from here. We got the biggest combo pizza they had and it was plenty for 5 adults and a toddler! It was hot, delicious, and full of toppings! We also got a salad and their antipasto.. oh my goodness, the antipasto--I am not sure where they get their pickled vegetables from but that was probably my favorite thing from their antipasto. Do they make this? Do they sell this? Will they sell me a jar or point me in the direction because I love pickled things and the pickled cauliflower was just that good. Yes, I'm raving about pickled vegetables in the antipasto, I really wished we had a few extra days so I could have gone back to ask for them. They do get SUPER busy, I think we waited 45 minutes for the pizza. They were so busy they weren't even answering their phone that night. Was definitely worth the wait, and will be back when I'm back in town again.

The pizza was not that good. It was very doughy and tasted like frozen pizza. I paid over $50 for 3 pizzas and it was not worth it.

I had higher expectations for their pizza, considering decent reviews. It was alright. We were craving a hot cheesy veggie pizza with a nice thin crust but we left unsatisfied. The crust was thick and unseasoned, toppings weren’t very flavorful and the cheese was not hot or gooey. They have a couple arcade games to pass the time if you have kids.

Felt like I was eating bowling alley food. Great front porch next to a liquor store. Not good food. Look for a different pizza place if you want good pizza.

Always a great pie at Village Pizza. I've been visiting Big Bear for either pleasure or work since the early 80s and this pizza joint has been a must stop. New York style pizza with great crust and a good balance of toppings. They know what they are doing and have been doing it for many, many years.

Crust had the consistency of a cracker rather than a dough. Taste like a frozen pizza there was just a funky taste to it. I know the options are limited at big bear and there will be a price premium but, two pizza's for $55.00 seems over priced.

Pizza was excellent Great cheese, thin crisp crust. The sauce was good. It was a little sweet for me but my kids L-O-V-E Loved IT!! Very clean inside and out. Service was very good. We brought our dog and sat on patio and had a great view and watched the sunset. Bathrooms were pristine (I was impressed). Very good place to go if you like to go where the locals go.

We were charged $18 for a pizza that was misshapen and missing part of its crust. I've attached a pic. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT VILLAGE PIZZA. Go to Maggiios instead.

Classic pizza place. Waking distance to everything the village has to offer. Super easy and available parking. Plenty of indoor seating and some outdoor seating with umbrella for shade.
