I will start by saying my order was delivered by DoorDash, which is fine, I live less than a half a mile from Boondoggies and the dasher drove straight to my house. What isn't fine is the cold, mustard drowned hotdog! There was also very little cheese as well. First and last time ordering from here. They have one job there and that's to make a great hotdog and this was an epic fail. Who puts mustard on top of the cheese? I prefer my wet condiments inside the bun not on top.

I just got this and the packaging of this was horrendous…… my bun is torn to shreds for some reason all the sides have fallen to one side and it’s just a messsss .

Grabbed a polish dog w/ mustard and sauerkraut (and cherry coke) for a quick bite while running errands. It was as good as the polish dogs at Costco used to be. Quick and friendly service and don't have to drive 30+ miles to Dublin, Pleasant Hill or Walnut Creek for a Casper's or Kaspers dog when a craving hits.

Excellent service, decent prices, cute ambiance, most importantly, solid dogs. The few times I've been here so far, not many people inside which boondoggles my mind. People are apparently sleeping on this place. Go check it out, Brentwood!

Oddly skinny rubbery hotdogs that didn’t taste like anything without the toppings; edible but…wouldn’t return even if prices were more reasonable. Underwhelmed and it was expensive too.The tots were cooked perfectly though.And staff were excellent nice people!

Boondoggies is a great find off the beaten path between Maple St and Oak St on 1st Street in Brentwood. They serve a variety of toppings with Casper hotdogs and craft canned beers available in a fridge. Staff is friendly and the owners Neriah and Vivian are awesome! Give them a try!Kid-friendliness: It's a family owned business, they sometimes have a Corn Hole setup for parents and kids. Nice clean old-fashioned atmosphere.
We love coming here when we crave a good polish dog or Lockford sausage. The dogs always have that snap that you want to hear when biting into it. The are always very nice. The place is always clean.

If you're in the mood for a delicious dog check this place out, it's a real weiner. They have a serious selection of franks to choose from. My wife had a classic chili dog, no onions and I went for the Seattle street dog with onions, bacon, and cream cheese, both amazing. We also shared an order of chili tots which were fried to perfection. They have soft serve ice cream that I regret not trying, but I was just too full from all the food, next time for sure.
