First time here, it was a solid Philly Cheesesteak with mushrooms, peppers and Mozz. (Service/Atmosphere ++). They have signs listed them as #1 Cheesesteak Sandwich in America, but I don't think so. It was good, but there are better. It just seemed "plain". They offered lettuce, tomato and mayo - but, on a Philly?? C'mon, stop. I will commend the staff, this place was spotless. Food service behind the counter was organized and wiped down. Prep tables were clean, and the Lead behind the counter came out and cleaned the tables when it was slow. Super friendly staff. Cooks behind the counter were very professional, too. I'd go back just so I don't have to go to Jimmy John's. Nice job, Charley.Parking: Multiple restaurants nearby. Parking over lunch was full, I had to walk a ways (gasp!).Kid-friendliness: Kids present, yes.Wheelchair accessibility: Tables set up for wheelchair access.
Food came very hot from DoorDash, which I appreciate. The lemonade was very tasty and they followed directions to the T. My only complaint or constructive criticism is the meat needs more seasoning. It was very bland even the veggies. Also did you guys change the cheese sauce? It taste different now. Not like that creamy typeOf nacho cheese sauce. Anyways overall it's was okay!

We had cheese steak sandwiches. I had chicken my friend had beef. He got sick. Talked to another worker on-site an he said he got sick as well a few weeks ago at the same place.

not just good. Very good. I'm a fan! Since I discovered Charlies I'm going there too much I think. But dang! the sandwich is so perfect! I wouldn't exactly call it a customer friendly place . ..but if they can make a sandwich that good ..I can pass on the smile.

It's ok at best. The cheese steak is unseasoned.. the guy at the register was helpful. I ordered the bacon cheese fries as a upsell. It came with hardly any cheese on it I asked the lady if she could put a little more on it was told it was going to cost more. Well I ate dry dry fries for a 1.50 more. I'm already paying more for the toppings I shouldn't have to pay more for it to cover the top of my fries. The employees were great. It's just bad Charlie's policies is all!

I've ordered DoorDash many times from here but this was my first time in shop. For such a busy store it's compact . The store was very clean and everyone working was very nice . Despite them being slammed with in store and mobile orders , our food came out very quickly (and made to perfection) . Love this place
