I ordered a carne asada burrito to pick up with extra meat for 6.75 extra. It was the smallest burrito ive ever gotten. There was 6 peices of meat in the whole burrito it was not worth it any way. The carne asada salad also only had 4 peices on it. The chips were super stale. There was more meat on the kids quesadilla. It was a total rip off almost like it was a joke. I wouldnt ever recomend this place for anybody and i wont ever go back. If you want to get full or get a decent meal dont expect it from here. Id give it zero stars if i could.

Glad this location opened. Saves the headache of driving and parking at the other one. Food is decent and consistent and love that the drive through is for online order pick up only!

I got mobile order during lunchtime. I understand during the lunch rush they get busy. They did a great job. The food was amazing. Definitely 5/5 service. The staff were amazing. Thank you for all your hard work. Please be kind during the lunch rush everyone. Family friendly. Overall great experience.

In agreement with previous reviews here, they are skimpy and miss items when it comes to mobile order/pickup.... As if the only way to get it right is being there to watch them make it! Both me and my partner ordered brown rice in our burritos, but no brown rice in our burritos. Only white. I also ordered carnitas , which I didn't receive as well! You're missing the whole meat out the burrito! What! I don't recommend you guys mobile order from here.

If it wasn't for the young lady at the register, it would have been great. She was not friendly at all. Didn't even ask if I wanted a drink or chips.Vegetarian options: Is so good. So much flavor

Tried the chicken al pastor in my burrito and it was delicious!
The new Chipotle on Brentwood Boulevard and Sand Creek SUCKS!!!! One person working the counter, nine in the kitchen and we were being ignored. The man in front of us ordered 16 Bowls so the lady decided to fill that order before helping the two of us and there was nobody in line behind us. I asked for a manager and she said she was one and I said is there anyone else that can help us and she said well I'll get to you after I'm done with this. Who walks into a restaurant in order 16 bowls that should have been an online or phone order and ignoring two customers in front of you and being rude is not okay. Filling an order that large completely emptied the front counter and I looked back on the grill and all the chicken was raw so I did not intend on standing there for another 10 minutes. So I told her I'm the queen of Yelp and reviews and we walked out and went to Togo's. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a Chipotle. They've lost our business!!

I ordered chicken bowl. The portion I received was so little and I commented to the servicer, and the young lady responded "this is the size we serve " I have been eating Chipotle food for years and I never had this little amount of bowl food. I know this is a brand new place in Brentwood ?

Service has gone downhill at this location. Made an online order, and received an alert my order was ready. I walked in, waited patiently for the cashier to acknowledge me. Thought he'd ask my name since I was waiting in "online order" area. Actually, no need for the long story.....service was terrible. Chipotle staff, do better.
