I used to go here all the time back when I worked in the area, now I'm working again in the area and the food is still very good and reasonably priced, with today's increasing prices. Staff is friendly and tentative to your needs. The only recommendations I would make to the menu would be the following:- Offer a vermicelli option that has egg roll and chicken. They have egg roll and beef, egg roll and pork, etc. but no egg roll and chicken option.- Beef stew Pho (noodle soup) some Pho places have this on their menu and others have it occasionally as a special. This is my favorite Pho soup. Tender soft pieces of beef though some places make it with a bit too much fat. A lean Beef stew Pho noodle soup would be a great addition to the menu or limited special offering.

Overall a decent Viet spot. I was hungry enough to finish a large combination pho and papaya salad by myself. Kinda expected the large pho to be larger. Papaya Salad is fine but not the flavor I was craving for.

Was better and tasting before . Oxtail was chewy, broth watery. Hard to screw up the oxtail but they did. Spring roll was average. Il give them benefit of the doubt and will try another pho in menu. Oxtail is a no

Still so amazing after all these years. The basil leaf stir fry never disappoints. Always gotta upgrade to garlic noodles with an egg on top. Highly recommend trying it.

The food is good. The place could use a little more cleanliness. Disappointed that every time we go there, the prices have gone up. In the last year, they raised the prices several times and the portions have decreased. Also, they now charge $1.00 for extra sauce, If they gave enough we wouldn't ask for extra.

I came back to give it a try again several years later...The food was tasty. The service was great and I immediately remembered the time when I gave yall 1 star too quickly...Here's the 5 stars that was long overdue!

The food was good, but the service was horrible! She came once as soon as I sat down.. I told her I wasn't ready and she rolled her eyes and left.. I had to flag another server down when I was ready... the ambiance wasn't restaurant appropriate to me?! The music in the kitchen is too loud and not appropriate. If the table (for 1 by the way? Was needed, id understand the rush... but it's not busy at all?! I will most likely NEVER recommend this place after tonight's service.. not even for free... make adjustments immediately

So sad that the quality of the food here has gone down so much since the change of ownership. It used to be one of our favorite restaurants in the Antioch/Brentwood area . We were initially shocked by the vast difference... but we said "maybe it's due to Covid related shortages?". So we tried it again a few months later & another time about 4 months after that (still the same & the portions were even smaller). We just tried it again (for first time this year) and it still is just so "meh" with lots of "filler" vegetables & not a lot of flavor. Last time for us .

The restaurant plays obnoxiously loud inappropriate music while patrons are there trying to eat. It's just not enjoyable and that is why I ordered for delivery. These people that work there are not very bright. I ordered for delivery and specifically asked for utensils on the instructions box because I just moved into a new apt and didn't have any utensils yet. They are probably illiterates because I didn't get any. I ended up eating with my hands. If I can give them 0 stars, I would.

Good customer service. The restaurant is a very cleaned. The place has a lot of spacious glossy tables with good cushion chairs. They have take-out and to-go for their menu. You get more food for dining in and for sitting down inside their restaurant. You also get a free 2 Liter pitcher of iced water for free. I ate the Pho noodles #16, and the Pork Chops Combo Plate #28, with the Spring Rolls for appetizers. Everything was delicious and the food was served very quick. Excellent customer service and the food was quickly served super fast to satisfy customers' hunger. Because of all these great factors that made me have a great experience dining in and eating at this place, I tip them 15%, extra $5, added to my total bill of $40. I would return back to eat in at this place whenever I feel like not cooking. They have really pretty take-out-to-go white plastic bowls that are containers with lids. A great place for meet up with friends and eating together with the family.

CreAsian has such an extensive menu it was hard to narrow it down, but I was happy with my fresh spring rolls and eggplant with chicken.Good quality and quantity for the price, which nowadays is hard to find! They have boba and other non alcoholic drinks here. No liquor of any kind.We were a party of five and had auto gratuity 18% added to the bill. It is unclear if that's the norm for any sized party dining in? I noticed most activity seemed to be to go orders for delivery.
