Top 5 restaurants for Brentwood. The Pho is my go to order, but also like the fried rice and sukiyaki.

This is by far the best place to get sushi in Brentwood. I have also tried their Ramon and the chicken teriyaki, both were delicious. The restaurant staff is amazing, I have been several times and never had bad service. It's a nice restaurant.

Sushi is not fabulous yet good enough to eat if your craving sushi. Service is not the best as orders tend to be forgotten, lost, confused. Been here a few times and every time my order seems to be forgotten and everyone else around me that arrived later got theirs. Rather than it being a good a eating experience I'd say it isn't :( it's more of a stressful one. While the place is always full this is most likely due to there being not enough or other sushi spots. This is basically the only spot to get sushi in a ok looking place. The environment is loud but doable, this place like mentioned does get packed because it's the only ok place to get sushi (not the best, but only one in area) Overall, be prepared for long wait and possibly having your order lost and forgotten.

This was our first time trying Misaka as our go to spot was closed. Walking in, the restaurant took us by surprise as to how big it was. It seems like a good spot to have dinner with friends and hangout. The full bar was a plus. The service started off shaky and took a while for our server to come greet us. However, as the time went on he got better and was very helpful. The food was delicious and my favorite thing was the hangover. It's a deep fried avocado made sushi style. I have never heard of something like that before and it was amazing. What's not pictured was my lion king roll. I ate that too fast for a picture. I would definitely go back and try other foods like their ramens.

Ridiculously overpriced. $18 for a bowl of soup. SOUP!!! $50 for two bowls after tax and a tip. This is unacceptable. It’s soup!

Another Sushi restaurant added to my list of favorite sushi restaurants! Went here for a family friend's birthday dinner and everything I ate was delicious (Calamari, chicken wings, garlic rice, waffle fries, sushi rolls). Went here on a Saturday night and it was packed and busy. The sushi rolls here are bigger than normal which is a plus
This review was pending for a long time... finally I got a chance to write... we have visited this place twice & 1 for Togo. Giving my feedback for all. This is a local hangout place... our first impression when we came was it was crowded with local community & very family friendly place. Everything we had from all the past visit was really good, very reasonable prices for Sushi... we are coming from South Bay which has ridiculously high prices....so we were very happy to see the prices are very affordable. We tried various dishes- Steamed EdamameLion King Roll (Baked) -$13.00Inside: Avocado and Imitation Crab Outside: Salmon and baked with Garlic Mayo, Spicy Mayo and Unagi sauceSpider Roll - $13.00Inside: Avocado, Cucumber, and Deep Fried Soft Shell Crab -Outside: Nori and Unagi SauceBlack Garlic Tonkotsu - $18.00Rich creamy chicken and pork broth with black garlic oilToppings: kakuni pork belly, organic chicken, bamboo shoot, kikurage mushroom, soft boiled egg, green onions, and noriBlack Garlic Noodle with shrimp -$10+2 for shrimp. Wheat noodles in black garlic sauce topped with Parmesan cheese, melted cheese and seaweed.Misaka Roll -$14.00Spicy. Inside: spicy tuna, cucumber and tempura shrimp. Outside: spicy imitation crab, salmon, tuna, avocado, spicy mayo and unagi sauce.Temptation Roll - $12.00 Every time we had a nice experience, staff was always very helpful & friendly they helped us choose the best dishes several times. Good parking space as there are very several businesses in the area.

We walked in last Thursday (10/26) evening around 6:30pm, the host said to sit anywhere, so grabbed a table for 2 right in front of the sushi bar. It took over 15 minutes for us to flag down one of the servers for some service. The staff was friendly but very non service oriented, we had to ask for everything from menues (QR was missing on our table), utensils to napkins to plates to where our wine was. Fried rice combo was delicious- 4 starsSushi nigiri combo 4 stars - very small portions of fish, but good. Lion king roll - 3.5 stars too much imitation crab Dragon roll - 3.5 stars also too much imitation crab meet. Overall, it's an ideal place for groups of 4 or more. Service can use improved. We'll visit again.

The restaurant is clean and spacious, parking lot right in the front , the food presentation is a 5, however most of the food were missing flavor for exception of the pork dumpling sandwich, forgot the name & can't even tell you, because I just took a quick glance at the menu , since they weren't provided to us right away , because the prices were incorrect. They don't have a kids menu, & the waiter (nice guy, but didn't even tell us his name) suggested chicken teriyaki bowl , however the chicken was ok, but it didn't looked nor tasted like teriyaki, it was more like sautéed on garlic, definitely not kid friendly. The ambience was a 5 , people were there drinking and watching the game, I guess if I would have come to hang out and eat snacks it wouldn't be so bad, but not a place for diner if you are hungry or craving good Japanese food. The prices were very reasonable. The customer service is a 4 & food well not amaze by it, & I try several items to see if something hit the spot ...
