Luke warm pizza, wrong sauce and missing toppings!This place had 5 maybe 6 workers in total, not including the delivery drivers coming in and leaving. My online order said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I show up 5 minutes after the online pickup time, was then told another 8 minutes. Turns out to be ANOTHER 43 minutes! The place wasn't even busy with dine in customers. Pizza was not even hot, which means they just left our order instead of checking the lobby once it was ready. This will be the last time this place gets any business from us.They're pizza is not worth the wait and with that wait not even the correct oder.

Great place for small to large groups or even parties. Pizza is really good. They have a salad bar but I wish they had romaine or spinach. They have some good lunch specials and a small game room. There is some outdoor seating which we enjoy when we have our dog.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggie optionsDietary restrictions: They do have a gluten free crust.Kid-friendliness: A few games for kids or adults.Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is flat - no stairs anywhere.

About a month ago, we went to buy 2 pizzas to-go in a rush and were given an estimate of about 15 minutes for them to be ready. We ended up waiting for more than 40 minutes - something to which we couldn't afford to do that day, for we had other compromises to attend to. We then asked for the pizza's statuses and were told that one was ready, but the other wasn't, for they weren't "made at the same time.". We then asked for the order to be canceled, to which the manager proceeded to go talk and laugh with his other staff instead - in front of our faces. They then took forever to cancel it and instead proceeded to wait for the 2 pizzas to be done. If that wasn't enough already, they proceeded to give us one of the pizzas unboxed and rather served while wating for the other to be done, for they thought that we were dining in - despite the receipt stating to-go. The manager just gave us a full refund instead along with the 2 pizzas while still laughing with his staff, giving us an intresting face, and no apology. The pizza is ok, but Extremely Horrible Customer service. All combined: Not worth spending your money on.

I have been ordering from this location for many, many years. In fact, my son worked here while in college. I usually get good pizzas and few times that we didn't, they made it right, when brought to managements attention. However, tonight, 11/19, our take out order was made so well I couldn't believe it! Someone showed up and showed out when preparing our order! They really felt like working tonight. I regret not taking a picture. The toppings were put on properly, not one spot was left uncovered and the crust was also perfectly cooked! I'm not sure if the person who sliced it was also the person who made it, but all the pieces were cut evenly as well. Thank you for making our pizza just the way my son used to when he worked there!

We love Mountain Mikes and have orders for years from this location. We placed an order today and they would not allow us to pay over the phone for pick up. Totally inconvenient since we were sending someone to pick it up for us that didn't have our card. It was a $70 order that we then had to shift everything around because of this new rule. Never again will use Mt Mikes for a pizzas for our parties.

Tonight we decided to dine at the mountains mikes in Brentwood even though my family hesitated since we always go to the oakley one. We were at the Smith Family farm and it was closet to go here, the customer service was not there the girls at the register were not rude but not nice either. We spent $105 dollars on 2 pizzas and 3 salads which I wouldn't have minded if the experience was good. I order a medium everest, a large half pikes peak and half hawaiian with jalapeños, we started eating and all was good until my BIL bit into a piece of the hawaiian and there was a burnt piece if stick on it. I put it on a plate and took it to the girls at register the one who took our order told one with a red apron and red lipstick she looked at it and said they didn't have sticks in the kitchen, what did I want. She then starts speaking to me in spanish luckily I speak Spanish and she told me she could remake it but medium instead of large since we had already ate some I agreed. The pizza came out by then we had all lost out appetite and were ready to go there was no jalapeños on the remake again no issue they were correcting the problem. I ask for boxes I first box up the new hawaiian pizza, then the pikes peak and there is a long hair on top I remove it I assume it could have fallen of of me or the kitchen staff there is no way of knowing. I then go to box the everest and there is a hair under the pepperoni baked into the pizza, I was in disbelief how could we be having so many issues. My sister takes it back to the people at register they deny it being from them even though the guy at register pulled on it and couldn't get it out because it was in the pizza. I think it's safe to assume the other hair was from the kitchen staff also. We got no apology or anything we didn't want an other pizza we were full but them to acknowledge it and correct the problem because we can't be the only ones this happened too. Needless too say we left upset with the way the situation was handled. My daughter also tried to use the restroom I took her and it was dirty one of the stalls had poop on the toilet seat and the other was clogged. We didn't use the restroom. Needless to say we will continue going to oakley and not back to Brentwood. Mind you I come from stockton to the oakley mountain mikes because of the customer service being great! Today I made the mistake of going to the Brentwood one.

I ordered a pizza for take out at 6:35 pm, I got a confirmation email saying the pick up time would be 6:55 pm . So when I get there I go to register to let them know I'm here to pick up. I sat and waited patiently for about 45 minutes from when i first placed order, until I noticed it was taking a lot longer then expected ...i asked one of employees how much longer until my order is ready and I noticed he was looking around in the kitchen for the pizza and asking his Co workers about it and it was obvious they forgot about my order. I hear the other employee tell him " just tell him 5 minutes" and started making the pizza instead of being honest saying they forgot about it . I asked for my money back for lack of communication and concern for my order. Manager comes to give my money back very rude , didn't even acknowledge me or apologize. I tried explaining the situation what had happened and he cut me off rudely and carless and told me "don't worry I will give your money back " instead of hearing me out. Then he says "we probably missed place your pizza like you can miss place a pen"? Sounds like a weird comparison to me. I do not think he is ready to be a manager.

So how difficult is it when you place your order over the phone CLEARLY and you tell them All Vegetables and pepperoni ONLY. that means only vegetables and pepperoni. So why did my order come in as a combo? Do they not listen to what the customer needs and the cook tell me, but it's beef. Dude, did you read the order!!! I like the one at Heritage, but I had to go to this location because I had to go back to work and they were going to make another one. I'm not waiting 30 mins

Update: Adding a star for follow up and owning to issue.. i will give them another round or two and see how it goes ----- Ordered a pizza for pickup .. told it will take 25 mins.. I arrive after 30, then wait near 20 minutes more. By my count there were 7 people working and I was the only one there waiting. So why almost double the time? The pizza is good overall, but this experience didn't meet my expectations. Normally I'll try them again if for pickup.. but for the price / quality, there are other options
