I don't eat at Mr. Pickles because it's overpriced in m opinion. However I didn'r want anything heavy and greasy. I asked to try their tuna which they give me a taste. I don't like everyone's tuna but I was craving it. Not only was the sandwich great but so were the associates. The manager Mike was amazing, all the works were efficient without being rude but very helpful and nice.

I ordered a Big Easy bowl and specified, "NO CHEESE" due to a dairy allergy. We picked it up and brought it back to the office and Swiss cheese was all over my bowl. Because food is so expensive these days, I decided to call Mr. Pickles to complain. A gentleman got on the phone and told me that he would remake my bowl and deliver it to me asap. Wow! He wasn't kidding! Someone delivered my replacement bowl in less than 15 minutes. Thank you! I appreciate that kind of customer service! Hats off, Mr. Pickles, Brentwood!

Super fast and super friendly. I came in around 3:45pm and everyone was cleaning. The greeted me and got my order started right away. The lady making my sandwich's remembered my order after telling her once and she didn't disappoint with the amount of ingredients. When I was done the got me checked out and gave me my chips and drinks. By the time I filled my two drink my order was complete. The Balfour location is a go to when I'm at work. It was very clean and organized. I felt bad grabbing the chips because they made it look so nice. Thankyou to the staff working on 1/4/24 you are much appreciated.

Terrible experience here. I got my sandwich and first I noticed they didn't give me the bacon I ordered, and the produce made the whole thing completely soggy. When I called back the manager had a terrible attitude. Never again.

How absolutely disappointing after I was so impressed with how quick they got our sandwich order of eight done so quickly the sandwiches were disgusting my granddaughter almost threw up on a salami sandwich that was drowning in mayonnaise my chicken club also drowning in mayonnaise. That staff should be ashamed of themselves I knew they didn't look happy when I came in with a large order but it's not like they were extremely busy there was two other people in line and they had at least six people behind the counter. Spent over $140 in sandwiches and drinks and it was an absolute waste.
Got my favorite sandwich (OG Tuna) on Dutch crunch roll & the roll was hard as a rock, basically inedible! Ended up having tuna salad! Obviously they need more frequent checks of bread freshness but still the person making the sandwich should have caught this!??! Especially given this is a $14 sandwich!!Parking: Very tight getting in to the few spots which are often not available so have to park at Safeway nearby.

This place is a reliable sandwich spot for anytime of the day. We always make our order online and it's readily available when I arrive. I've been to this chain in different cities and found that this one specifically has a very great customer service. I was always the food is 100%.
