I visited Papa Murphy's for the first time, expecting to choose between take-and-bake or having my pizza cooked in-store, as indicated on their website. However, I was surprised to learn that this particular location only offered take-and-bake, a detail not clearly communicated by the store. When I requested a refund due to this misunderstanding, the request was denied. Additionally, the staff seemed more focused on chatting and giggling among themselves rather than providing attentive customer service.

This place is trash. I ordered a large pepperoni. It came with less then 20 pieces of pepperoni. Every pizza I order from here is skimpy on toppings and poorly made. Worst PaPa Murphy's I've ever been to.

I've never tried take and bake before. I passed by this place after stopping by the UPS store. There was a special NY thin crust pizza for $10 advertised in the window. When you walk in, they ask pick up or delivery I said I don't know I never been here before. So I ordered the thin NY crust pizza and they said come back in 10 minutes. After ten minutes I come back in and they ask again, pick up or online delivery. I said I just ordered. My pizza was on a cart and there were no instructions. I went home and cooked the pizza two days later. This has to be the thinnest pizza I've ever had. It was almost tortilla crust like. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either.

This place is always having a turnover of some sort. People are not educated on their products and rude and don't ask questions. If you ask them questions, they say I don't know they don't try to find out. Hygiene is off the charts. Hurry up.

This calzone is tiny! I mean it's $6 and basically the size of a small slice of pizza. I'm not sure if this is how big it normally is but what a waste of money.

Ordered 2 large pizzas over the phone after checking the prices online. Online they were priced at $15.99 each but after picking them up and checking the receipt I had been charged $19.99 per-pizza before tax. Ended up costing the same as it would’ve to just get delivery, might’ve even been more expensive.

Horrible customer service. Had a pickup time was told order wasn't started, kept waiting and had to ask when it would be ready,was told very busy starting it in a bit. Threw the pizza together, looked awful. Said I had another item and he said no you don't, so I showed him my email and he said I'll do it now, no apologies. When my order was complete I asked for instructions and he just threw it my way, dropped it in the floor for me to pick up. Never said thank he just turned around and walked away. Unfortunately my tip was included when I paid prior to pickup.

Wow the crust was folded over the edge and the pepperoni was not placed on top separated it was in big clumps and the taco pizza was horrible

The owner of this business regularly verbally abuses his teen employees and his pizza is absolutely horribe. Orders are constantly wrong, but How can employees strive to give great customer service when they are regularly yelled at and demeaned?? Owner tells employees to use less toppings and they frequently close early. I don't even think his business belongs in our community any longer because of his treatment of customers, withholding employee pay and verbal abuse of employees. I won't be going back and I hope others take this under consideration and stop frequenting this business.

Four young employees here that can’t seem to keep track of three pizzas. Took over 30 minutes to finish an online order with two pizzas with what seemed like an empty store and no other pizza on the pickup rack. Lots of talking and joking- very little pizza making.
even with three people it took over 35 minutes to make two pizzas, which can definitely be done faster and they can be more respectful. They were talking about their birthdays being in august or October. We ordered both a stuffed pizza and a simple cheese, which were made incorrectly because it was missing toppings. I would appreciate someone reaching out cause I would love to give you the details and my receipt to see who was working that day.

Pretty disappointed. I come here weekly and its usually good. I was overcharged and they did not offer to do anything about it. The text message Tuesday special says 1 large $12.99 menu item or BUILD your own up to 5 toppings. I chose 4 toppings. When I paid they said I needed to pay for the extra toppings and didnt offer to fix it. This makes absolutely no sense.

The last few times we've ordered from here by phone, our order has come out wrong. My husband thought maybe they'd get things right if he went in person to order but nope. They are incapable of following simple directions. We will no longer be ordering from this store. If they don't retrain and/or hire better workers, they will continue to lose business and have angry customers.

I got a large chicken bacon stuffed pizza with extra chicken and garlic added. It literally weighed half as much as a usual one. The dough did not even come out all the way to the end - it looked like a medium. I called to ask why the change. They stated they were measuring everything by cups now as they were spending too much on ingredients. Guess I will have to measure my way to the Papa Murphy's in Antioch from now on.....

Halloween 2022,every year we get the pepperoni halloween pizza,and same thing happens,people flock on this place expecting systematic service,the pizza here is good,service is ok but during holidays i hope they will hire more staff to attend to customers, big thanks for the patience and hard work of the staff in this place .
