Seems like the place really went down hill between the staff and the food I won't be coming back I use to love this place.

great service from the girl with tats and wild colored hair. My first time here. Great sandwich. I will be back.

To the owner, You and you're employees need to step up you're game big time. All the produce was wilted and old. If you're going to sell sandwiches it's kind of important to have fresh produce.

So far so good

Not bad

The truck was at Summerset 2 on Sunday. I ordered the 12 in. peppered pastrami. It was the worst pastrami that we have ever eaten. It was cut fresh while I waited but it was tough and chewy and no flavor. The selection of addons is excellent and tasty. The roll was fresh.

Port of subs has gone downhill. I had a craving from the first time I had it a couple months ago and raved to my boyfriend. I took him and was embarrassed of how the quality was. The bread was hard to the point he had to rip it apart, the meat was skimpy and tasted more of a veggie sandwich. We had to put our own turkey from home on our sandwich is make it fuller. What a waste of money. Never coming back.

The first time I discovered Port of Subs was in the Las Vegas McCarran international airport. After having a pleasant experience there (minus the price), I decided to take my family to this one in Brentwood. When we got there, there was only one employee working, but she was nice. We waited for quite a while because there was one person in front of us, but she got our order correct. I felt that the cost was a little bit high for what we got, but I was willing to pay it if the sandwich was as good as it was at the airport the previous time we tried this franchise out. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Honestly, I would have preferred Subway over this place. The bread tasted stale and the lunch meat was extremely salty. The only saving grace of the sandwich was the avocado and the pickles, but based on this experience I probably won't come back here for a while. The contrast was especially evident when I took my family to Dino's subs in downtown Brentwood and we really loved our sandwiches there. I think it cost about the same too. Port of Subs has potential, but they need to freshen up their ingredients and keep their bread from going stale. I think I will give this place another try in the future, but I definitely won't go out of my way when there are much better sandwich options out there.

My husband and I just walked here after a visit to the vet across the way, and we were impressed! Extremely nice customer service and lots of fresh veggie options. We'll be coming back!

Decent sandwich. Make sure to get salt and pepper, sandwiches tend to be little bland

Everytime I go inc I'm immediately greeted with the upmost respect and curtesy, the bread is unlike other sandwich places because it's so nice and fluffy and not dull or flat! Their not afraid to put the meat on their sandwiches which I think is awesome and for an awesome price it's even better! I always come here. I'm a regular and I would 10/10 recommend this place. Try it out! You never know you'd like something unless you try it first. So try it! I promise you won't be dissatisfied
