I placed an order online I waited 15 minutes before going in and the workers haven’t received my order but were happy to make it for me but when I got my sandwich it was basically just bread 4 slices of pepperoni, 2 tomatoes, and a sprinkle of lettuce all for $15 ?

The worst subway I have ever been , They changed you double , for tow sandwiches we paid 41 dollar , I ordered the egg sandwich he charged me for the egg ,the veggie looks old , the guy works there he was sitting playing on his phone . The restroom it’s so dirty and disgusting. We called the owner or one of the managers she was rude and hang up on us .Don’t waste your time and your money . The worst experience ever

Let me start by saying that I will never in my life eat subway again. I see why the company is spending a ton of money on adds with big name sport athletes... I don't know what happened to their food. It used to be good but not anymore. I got a meatball sandwich with pepperoni and provolone. First half of the sandwich tasted ok... but the the second half had a bit of weird taste but I was hungry so I kept eating. An hr or two after I finished eating my stomach has been feeling upset with this ridiculously bad heartburn that I can't get rid of it. Bottom line is subway is definitely not my kind of sandwich.

Do not ever order a salad from this (or maybe any other ) Subway. My husband told them lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, grilled chicken, avocado with dressing on the side. I got those ingredients but they were minced/finely chopped up like coleslaw and everything was warm. Revolting and inedible.

Went in today and left telling myself, I will never ever come here again. The youing women behind the counteer were lifeless, not a smile, nothing in the way of customer service. The sandwich was sparse with meat and it was a very boring sandwich. The bread was pretty good. I cut it in half and took it to share with my sister and she loves sandwiches and she took a few bites only. You people need to take sandwich making lessons from Sprouts. They knkow how to make a sandwich.
The girls are very arrogant who work there, they don’t change the glove on request. They argued asking why they were supposed to change, after clearly explaining that they were making a veggie sub after making meat sub for someone else. Their logic “ tuna is not meat” I don’t really care what that is, but change the glove when customer requests you kindly. ?

My husband was kicked out when he got there at 8:30pm . They closed at 9:pm is Thursday.. they gave him an attitude not just that they turn the lights off when he was walking to the door..I hope the owner read this review so he knows what his employees are doing. And I hope is not the owner who did this .When a company wants to keep their loyal customers happy and keep going back . They serve them. You help them . Would be nice let us help you but we are closing early.. ! He even said I only want one sandwich.!!Very very bad customer service.
