This taco bell sucks. Go to the other one in Brentwood, Oakley, Antioch. The people at this one are rude for no reason, don't know how to work the mobile orders correctly, and are slow. Now that I can deal with I normally don't mind, and just deal with it.What makes this one suck the most?They don't carry all the same sauces as the other locations.They never update their menu so you try to order something you see on the drive thru screen and they reply that they haven't had that item in months. (even though it's still advertised clearly as an item to buy, with a price on it, in the drive thru).WORST OF ALL - They skimp more than any other taco bell. So when it's time for that glorious 4th meal and you're plastered, you open your bag and the burrito is as small as your right pinky finger and the taco is broken in half with a sprinkle of lettuce and two pieces of ground beef.

Always get screwed in the drive thru. Ordered 12 taco pack half with supreme half regular (that’s 6 of each for the illiterate worker that took our order) charged for all supreme and were given all regular tacos. 80% lettuce and barely any meat on there. I get your workers are making minimum wage but at least put half an effort into getting the food out properly and doing your job.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Food was horrible. Got a chicken chipotle Melt. Almost $3 for it be half a tortilla rolled up. Food was dry practically inedible. Best thing was the Freeze. Never going to Taco Bell again. Better to wait in the In N Out line and spend less for more then go to Taco Bell and get served this horrible food.

The young man that works the drive through is always on it. He’s kind, patient, and on top of his job. He goes out of his way to engage with you and he always gets my order correct. I don’t get TB often but every time I’ve encountered him, I leave feeling lighter. He’s a breath of fresh air and Taco Bell is lucky to have such a great worker.

1. It’s hard to find parking because they share a parking lot with a very busy 24 Hour Fitness.2. Dine-in sucks. You HAVE to order from the Kiosk, which takes longer and is only semi-intuitive. The line to order backs up, blocking the restroom. People are constantly having to walk through the middle of that line to go the bathroom. Poor placement design.3. Service is slow. It took 15-20 minutes to get food for four people.4. Service is poor. They call your name and you can barely hear it. When you go to pick up your food, no one is standing there to give it to you. It’s just sitting on the counter. What’s the big deal? We needed drink cups that we never got because we ordered on the stupid kiosk. They act like they don’t know what we are talking about! Then they act all inconvenienced because we asked for our cups.5. Food was okay. Not bad and not great.6. No napkins, sweeteners, sauce, plastic cutlery…everything is behind the counter and you have to ask for it.7. Busy location. I watched a homeless guy sneak in and make his way over to the soda fountain and fill up a cup. No one stopped him because everyone is in the back making food. No one watching the front. They probably would not have stopped him even if they did see him.I love Taco Bell but I do NOT recommend this location for dine-in.

Consistently provides great service and food quality. Very rarely are orders not correct, and they will happily fix any errors.
This morning's shift here @ taco bell is on point today! I needed some breakfast and wanted a little coffee to go with it, but unfortunately they didn't have the paper cups for the hot liquid, so I asked them if they can jus gimme some iced coffee, but with very little to no ice at all. And they did just that! Quick simple and effective! Ty crew! Ur awesome! By the way night shift crew is good too! They get the job done!❤️ Thanks guys, take care and God Bless!
