Coming from a previous tenant, Tess’ Community Kitchen is terribly run business. The owner spends a dollar to save a dime. Expect to deal with mud, break-ins, and all sorts of other inconveniences 24/7. I couldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Wow! If you're looking for a stunning venue and amazing service, this is it! They were so flexible, informative and helped me when I needed! We held our daughters sweet 16 celebration there last night and had a great time as chef Hanna and owner Barbara really made us feel like family! We maxed out the capacity and still had plenty of space They have a stunning outdoor patio as an option for our guest, with fire pits to keep everyone warm. There is only one bathroom but we were offered to rent restrooms however we took our chance and had no issues at all! Guests kept talking about how beautiful the venue was and if I were to have another wedding like event, I would choose this site again

Nice venue as far as the view but for an event, there is ONE bathroom node 150 people. Not one for males and females even, ONE. We waited 45 minutes. When we walked in we thought we were in the wrong event as they kept their wedding decorations up to advertise their venue during a memorial! They kept their wine bar up with open bottles and glasses out but if you asked for one you were told it wasn't included. That's fine, we didn't expect wine, but why is it OUT as if it was? Advertising again? Very confusing and a bit disrespectful to the people who paid to rent your venue out.

Wonderful family friendly store and eatery. Always very clean and the staff are super friendly. Aside from hosting markets, this place host various events throughout the year that are outstanding. Everything is local and farm fresh. Love this place.

Very Beautiful setting but Very Few Eatery Options, Music A little to Loud over our Conversations...Everyone So Kind Many Smiles Shared With one another ?
The food is good I just wish they were more welcoming. I came in today and the woman who greeted me seemed annoyed that I was there after they had an event and needed to clean up. With all the farms and kitchens in the area I think customer service is what sets them apart, and as I said I just don't feel very welcome the few times I came here. Not sure if I will be back.

I had an event here and unfortunately the service was awful. The venue itself was good. When I went to initially look I was told if we got food with them they would give a 25% discount which was not honored. We had discussed several things they didn't follow through with. Our event was 3 hours long. I had called to see if we could extend it and was told it was ok if we stayed a little later. During my event I was approached and asked to start cleaning up an hour before my event ended. I had to go get the contract to show them that we still had an hour left. At that time they tried to tell me that we were supposed to end early to clean up. When I told them that was never disclosed to me she said well if you're going to get upset just stay. I had to ask for more tables because they didn't have out the amount in our contract. When I asked for them they told me they had to check the contract. I was told not to worry about stuff to put out drinks in that they had big buckets and ice. When we got there they didn't have anything. I asked and they brought out 2 tubs restaurant's use to clear tables with. One of the staff sat at the tables for our guests during my event. They told me I could bring outside food in so I had a friend buy food. When we got there they wouldn't let us put it out because it was a health dept issue. Which I would have been ok with if it was disclosed to me. I even had to go back and show them the contract to show it isn't disclosed in there either. I ordered specific cupcakes from them and when I got there they were completely different. They did compensate me for that error. I should have been notified prior to the event to see if it was ok. This event was a memorial and I felt like they had no compassion and caused so many avoidable issues for me to deal with instead of me being able to morn with the rest of the guests. I'm just glad that no one else knew all the stuff I had to deal with especially my mom who was grieving the loss of her son.

BBQ was incredible!! Hubby found this place online & ordered a family meal (4-6 ppl, $60), plus some sausages. I had my doubts at first when picking it up. The ribs were cooked to perfection. Side homemade pot sal & beans quite good. It fed 4 easily. Next time I'll add some cornbread I make at home. At first the boneless, skinless round chicken thighs looked odd. The next night I slowly reheated them in a covered pan with a bit of water at low oven temp. They were big, juicy, smoked & wonderful. My fav! We grabbed fresh corn, and had the peach cobbler that came with it. (put in same oven with chicken).That was simple and just right! I guess they do events and wine tasting. The place was very clean and nice looking. They had some other things in the cooler for sale all homemade. We'll try those next time. We drove down from Sacramento & it was sure worth it!

Very few items on the shelves. Went there to have lunch but everything they had was prepared and in refrigerators. I wanted something hot and have lots of food allergies and I couldn't get the attention of the one and only person there who was working somewhere I couldn't see her. Poor service. Poor customer relations.
