Check your order! Placed an order through the app for 30 piece crew pack mix and match. Got all bone-in. My kids prefer boneless so they were disappointed when they opened the boxes. Do better Wingstop please and thank you!

It's hit or miss. Today we placed an order for 15 piece mild wings. There was no sauce. My husband and I split the meal and it was just tasteless. There's always a long wait at night. Multiple times I have arrived in the evenings for a pick up. There's always 10+ people outside waiting on their food. There's no good management there. I am probably just going to stay away from now on. A few years ago they were awful. I think corporate stepped in and improved it. But lately it feels like they are going back to how they were the first few years of being open.

Waited over an hour just to be told "your order isn't in our system" & "we forgot about your order" I get that everyone is short staffed which is why I was patiently waiting for over an hour. Staff is extremely rude!!!! Wish I could give this place negative stars.

Don't ever order here if you plan on eating within the 2 hours you place your order! Slowest restaurant ever and rude as heck! This place needs to get in order or shut down until proper training is done! I tried calling to check on my doordash order and everything I called it said the phone line was busy! My first doordasher actually left and I had to get a new one. My dasher waited over and hour and a half and still no food!

Unfortunately this location continues disappoint! They have ZERO policy in place to get people their orders, it's basically whoever yells their name the loudest gets their order instead of greeting each customer that comes through the door. I mean there's only 3 people allowed inside at a time so I don't understand why it's such an issue to get people their food. Not to mention all 5 times I've been there they got my order wrong. Wing Stop is way to big of a company to have such crappy service!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Wait time is ridiculously long! Do they fry one wing at a time or what?! Workers are rude af! I hate going here but my son loves wings and asks for them 2/3 times a month and guess who has to pick up? I cringe when this place is his choice for lunch/dinner.

Deadass waited almost n hour. Many other customers were upset orders weren't fulfilled on time like it says on order confirm. Workers were always on breaks & only 2 workers were in the kitchen making the food. HIGHLY don't recommend getting your wingstop from here unless ya'll wanna wait hours on end for your food. hopefully the dm shuts down this store, because it's the terrible service for me. Wingstops in the bay meaning SF can do way better.

While the cashier lady was hard working, the rest if the staff was moving at a snails pace. We waited over 1 hour outside for our food just to get soggy fries and bad chicken nuggets. Obviously poor management!!

The absolute worst Wing Stop experience ever. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Rude employees and staff. I was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes, but it ended up taking an hour for my order. Food was cold and order was wrong. Never coming back here again.

I placed an "online" order at 6:35PM and received an email confirmation stating, 'Wing Stop" had received my order at 6:43PM, on 11/7/2021. I had just got off work to pick up dinner for my family of four. I went to the service window three times to check the status of my order, waiting in the cold, getting in and out of my car and visiting the nearby service station to quench my thirst. I finally had my name called out, only to find I had missing items from my order. My order was taken back in the restaurant to check my claim of missing items only to find my claim to be accurate. Staff opened all the bags they neatly placed my items in, to recount the items I ordered relieving my order of all the heat held in the bags. All my fries were soggy. The staff offered me a complimentary drink, I declined. The most frustrating part of this experience was bringing home food to my family to find everyone went to bed. Here I was with all this food after spending nearly a hundred dollars. I was ten minutes from home. I received my order at 9:11PM. I got home at 9:20PM. Of course I was driving extremely fast to get home. I was truly drained by this experience in which I proclaim I'll never do business with "Wing Stop" again. This lesson has taught me to get an air fryer and or deep fryer and fry my own meals from home. The heartache and distress isn't worth my money, time and gas. Two and a half hour wait; almost, "Unbelievable!" Order # 1633871988

This place is a JOKE !!!!!! They picked up the phone 2x & hung up! We paid $60 for 3 combos didn't even get all the combos! We got 1 combo . 1 fries & 3 drinks only! These KIDS that work here are ridiculous! LET THIS PLACE GET SHUT DOWN OR GET BETTER WORKS THAT ACTUALLY CARE!

This is the worst wings too ever. We were told it would be done at 8:30 we got there at 8:55 and told us our food was being bagged and we didn't get are food till an hour later. The worker was incredibly rude and had an attitude over her dumbass job. When we went there was a GROUP of people waiting for the food and also waited an hour over. Do not eat here. I didn't eat my food till 10:00 at night. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If i could give it 0 stars I would.
