The brûlée topping on anything adds that extra fancy you didn't think you needed. The flavors are good and isn't overly sweet. The boba itself is a maybe a 6.5 but the drink is 8.5. If the boba was a better texture the drink would be a solid 10. I've been here a few times now and every-time the service is a bit slow regardless of how busy they are. Just FYI if you're in a hurry, maybe call ahead.

Always good, no complaints. Much better than sharetea and closer too. Good service and pretty quick in the evenings at least.

Eh. Pricey boba drinks and wasn't great. Lava flow had a weird after taste. Place was clean and they sold Pocky and my son was happy. Lol

Slim container, and i realized later on that half of it was full of ice. Not worth the price and not coming back.

I've been here a few times, service is always Blah. Usually there are young kids and I often think no one has ever taught them about customer service so I take no offense to it. However, I went there today and there was an older lady who behaved the same way, like it's an inconvenience to take customer's orders. Then we ordered, my daughter's drink was supposed to have lychee jelly and they put regular boba. The lady offered to just add some lychee jelly. Normally I wouldn't care but the other day I went there and they also got 1 of our drinks wrong, gave us strawberry tea instead of a strawberry smoothie, which my other daughter did not like it and said it had a bad aftertaste. I just figured If you're paying $7 per drink, at least make the drink correct.Place is clean.

Whenever I'm in the East Bay, I try to always stop by and grab boba from here. They're always consistent in making great tasting drinks. The spot is clean & the service is always spot on. 10/10 - Brown Sugar Boba with Crème Brûlée Cream: this drink keeps me coming back over & over again; it's the perfect amount of sweetness, the crème brûlée foam is so good, & the boba have a great chewy texture.9/10 - Mango Tea with Lycee Jelly: this drink is refreshing & also not too sweet; it has a deep floral flavor that got a bit overpowering.

Ordered 2 watermelon teas and it was not at anything watermelon. We regularly go there and enjoy the drinks. We PAID for our drinks and asked to switch out another flavor the owner would not allow. I just expected better customer service as she wanted to start an argument instead. Not going there again unfortunately.

Haven't been here for a while but had a craving for brown sugar boba and YumCha met my craving. To my surprise they are under new ownership and have added savory and sweet snacks to their menu! Will come back to try items from both new menus and will update my review. The lady working solo was very nice and store was nice and clean, as usual. Excited to see what else they add to their menu.
Really good boba for a decent price. It was fresh and very tasty!

Solid service, great drink. Matcha foam was very matcha-y which is nice. Boba texture was nice. Honey boba was as advertised: not as sweet - which helped my particular drink ( Strawberry Matcha Latte )

I was excited to try a new boba place, especially in town. I decided to order the mango smoothie and I thought it was the right amount of sweetness. It wasn't too sweet at all which is exactly what I look for in my boba drinks. The worker taking our order was awesome and very knowledgable when I asked questions about their drinks. My sister and I went there on a Sunday in the afternoon and we got our drinks pretty quickly which was a plus.Though the only criticism I had was when we finally got our drinks, they told us they were out of boba straws so we would have appreciated them letting us know before ordering boba because we don't mind not having toppings in our drinks. Other than that, I would definitely try this place again (: give it a chance if you ever have the time!!

Stopped here just before school let out and it was a good thing too, as kids were swarming the store as we drove away. Great for their business, but I would definitely not recommend coming around 3 pm on a weekday. We ordered a jasmine milk tea with egg pudding and a watermelon explosion. Jasmine milk tea is a staple for me; I did not like this one at all. It had a very synthetic taste and was otherwise flavorless. I would not recommend it. It was honestly one of the worst I have had. They did put a good amount of egg pudding in, but it was an additional cost so I would expect that. As for the watermelon "explosion"; the menus states it is watermelon black tea with watermelon chunks. What I received was watermelon tea with no watermelon chunks as you can clearly see in the photo. Here's the thing though...the tea was super yummy. I give the tea on it's own 4/5. It had a sweet honey flavor that wasn't too fruity and I would definitely get it again. However, I can't stand when companies advertise "watermelon chunks" or whatever flavor gummies or any extras and then you don't actually get them when you order the product. Don't advertise things to get people to buy them and then offer no explanation or apology when you give them less than they expected. This is the third place in the last few months who has done this and it's really silly to disappoint your customers. If they had not said it was coming with chunks of watermelon, I still would have purchased the tea, but I wouldn't have been disappointed, I would have enjoyed it. It should be incumbent upon the merchant to say "Hey, we don't have any fresh watermelon right now. Would you still like the drink?" or "Sorry, we just ran out of watermelon for the tea, can I comp the extra charge for your other topping?" Anyway, I am currently searching for a watermelon black tea to brew at home now and I am glad to have had the chance to buy it but I will not be returning to this location, especially with all of the other great drink options in the area.
