The Fireman’s Brigade BBQ is a must stop to eat at. We had the pulled pork sandwich, ribs with corn on the cob, cheese toast and chips. If you are looking for a turkey leg they got that too. The unlimited refill cup is great for an all day use. Get hear early because I hear they sometimes have brisket. I stopped by again for dinner and the food was just as good but they were out of a few things but that is to be expected at 9pm lol Take a seat and enjoy The BBQ tasted great!??

One of my favorite places to eat lunch or dinner. If you have an Unlimited Food Pass with Knott's Season Pass, this is a great deal. You can eat the first meal and after four hours, you can eat again or take it home. Each dish has a great portion, flavor, smokiness, etc. The line goes really quick and the clerk is diligent on getting the customers' need. One of the drawbacks is that they are so popular that some of the items are always out of stock early so you probably want to stay in the line when they open or even before. They will serve the food on a plate and refuse to pack it for to-go. Instead, they will either hand you an aluminum foil or a to-go container so you pack it, which I never understood. They don't have a vinyl bag to provide so don't even bother to ask. There are plenty of picnic tables and benches/chairs around the restaurant so you won't have a problem finding a seat. Near the picnic area, you can find condiment station and a sink where you can wash your hands, which is convenient. There is also a scheduled band that plays live music that is entertaining and relaxing.

Food was not what I expected. It tasted frozen and microwave.
I love the spicy sausage and normally love the baked potato. I think it was a slow night. The baked potatoes were in a warmer, but they were full to the rim and uncovered. They grabbed the potatoes from the top, and they wouldn't even melt the butter. Very disappointing. We've never had the turkey wings, but I've never seen anyone eating them that looked like they enjoyed them. One couple told us that they were tough and dry. ☹️The barbecue chicken and veggie skewers are good, but the spicy sausages are worth coming back for (they're not that spicy).
Absolutely no flavor. The only thing good here is the spicy hot dog. The turkey leg is deceitful because it looks bbq flavored but all it is is an over cooked dry leg no flavor. When asking for extra butter or bbq sauce the girl huffed as if she's paying for it. Tables are dirty. White people taco night

Long line on December29, 2923, for a terrible food cold and burnt ribs with overcooked corn with a bad taste, ended up in the trash. Not worth it.

Im writing this as a Knott's Season Passholder with Unlimited Food pass through 2024. This USED TO be the place to go to, but i noticed them start to progressively go down in both quantity and quality, but they upcharged the price! They no longer have ribs or steak sandwich on the unlimited food plan. It's only 1/4 chicken, pulled pork sandwich, sausage sandwich, and turkey leg . There is a $5 upcharge for the rib. Not worth it at all. There are plenty of ourdoor picnic style tables to enjoy your meal Here are some reasons why I gave this such a low review: -The portion is so small now. Like the chicken is supposed to be 1/4 it barely looks like 1 piece. -they dont appear to bbq anything LOL the chicken is never charred, it's literally pale and soggy with bbq sauce *maybe* slathered on top. It's basically a rotisserie chicken now -they dont plate to go and waste SO MANY PLATES -Everything is so dirty in and around the wait and lines -lines arent long anymore, they used to be but since they modified the menu it's ironically *ghost town* here
