Shout out to Areanne for amazing customer service-- incredibly helpful and kind taking/ making me & my husband's order today. We normally order subs but wanted to try a wrap instead. She offered great tips and options to help us. She also took attention to detail with our member rewards and recommended to use it for a free meal (or for next time). Our food was delicious, so thank you! Entire staff was also kind and friendly making the experience here much more pleasant. Orangethrope staff 5 stars.

The shop-made sauce that they sprinkled over the filling before wrapping it up is kind of too salty for me. I had a couple bites once outside the shop, I put the rest of sandwich in an air fryer to reheat a little bit after returning home, and found it tasted way better than just came out of the store counter.

Good sandwiches but the night crew is super slow. They seem to have no since of urgency. Had to leave on more than one occasion to get food elsewhere.

Daniel was working the cash register and cutting someone food at the same time with the SAME GLOVE. (NASTY) I explain to him that is Not sanitary to touch the register and people food. Covid is spreading fast and daniel would be the reason someone gets sick. Did speak to Axel and she said she would speak to him. Don't work Daniel if you go by company guidelines.

I usually never have an issue with my pick up order from this store. Always placed through the app. However, today they gave me the wrong bread and blamed it on being out before 5 p.m. Okay? Then tell me upon my pick up order would be completely wrong man. Came home to open my dinner up to the wrong order. No credit nothing. Taking my business elsewhere.

I misplaced my order on this location and I called repeatedly but no one picked up . I was trying to cancel my order needless to say no one answered after calling numerous times. ! I went to the correct location and they couldn't help me with a refund . I spent an additional 30$ for my food .Contacted customer service which they sent my request to the location and it's been two weeks and no call back . Ver disappointing,
