I stopped here for lunch. Never tried it. I got the nachos. No flavor on the little bit of meat it had. The only flavor came from the pico de gallo. I really don’t recommend the nachos. Completely missed the sauce in the bag maybe it would have helped. Would like to try other items.

The best fast food Mexican restaurant in town! Quality you can taste. My go to comfort food is the nachos. They have the most delicious burritos too! The staff is also amazing they really put their heart and soul into making your food.

I always need to get nachos at a new place and so I had to try here. I ordered the nachos w/ chicken. Extra $2.39. What you get is a few flavorless cubes. I used card. They didn't say anything but was charged for that. I didn't see a sign but if there is one then that's on me and not a big deal. Also no guacamole comes with it. So it was warm and cheesy that's the 2 stars. Then fees and lack of everything is why I can't give a 4.

I was at the Burbank mall during the afternoon and my family and I wanted to try a new place in the food court. We decided to go Across the Border. The lemonade tasted very fresh and had great flavor and was refreshing. The burrito was incredible and the salsa is great on it. The people are very kind and funny. I definitely recommend trying this place if you're looking for a new place at the Burbank mall!

Needed a quick bite after a flick at the 16 - been looking for a decent excuse to try ATB for some time now. Turns out all I needed was a random Saturday, a peckish appetite, and 40 minutes. I got the El Macho burrito, on the associate's recommendation, who took my order; grilled chicken, black beans, and cheese as my tweaks. It was a solidly average burrito. It checked all the right boxes for mall food - the taste was mostly present, with the portion and price being the bigger factors in the decision to have at it. I'm not mad at this place adding some decent variety to the food court at the Burbank mall. They've managed to maintain their space for this long so people are giving them some meaningful business. I don't know if this would be a place I'd frequent outside of a mall/food court space, but I'm hoping a Mexican spot can do better at this location than the last few similar establishments that were gone long before the pandemic. I'd be more than okay with grabbing something from ATB once more.

For a hole in the wall, this was really good. They packed that salad full, I thought the price was on point. If I’m in this area again, I will eat here again.

I got myself some Carrn Asada Nachos with Pinto beans and Al Pastor Nachos. The beans were flavorless and the white cheese does not accommodate the nachos. Furthermore, the salsa that was provided was not spicy. The Al Pastor protein is deprive from flavor. This place is not for me and I do not recommend you to casually eat here. Knock off Chipotle.

Honestly it's one of the best burritos I have ever had ! I had it a couple of weeks ago and I'm craving it again, so much that I am making my boyfriend and mom try it too, the lady and rest of workers are so friendly, just super great service and experience. The ambiance is great, good seating around. 10/10 I promise (:

Great place! Friendly staff. Got the Across The Border burrito, it took my hunger away and my need to eat a great burrito haha! Loved it. Had a Orange Carrot and Ginger fresh squeezed juice and it was awesome too!

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague it is! Wish I could give negative stars for the food! The cashier was nice and polite. The lady hiding in the back refused us a refund for the worst food we've ever tried to eat. Rotten pico de gallo made my stomach turn with only bite I took. After waiting nearly 30 minutes, I finally got a refund.

Across the Border Grill is a Mexican restaurant located in Burbank that offers delicious and authentic food. Customers appreciate the friendly and attentive staff who provide excellent service. Mimi Rivera is one of the most genuine person I know , if you get lucky enough to meet her I promise you that you'll fall in love with her . The ambiance is casual and fun, with colorful décor and comfortable seating. The menu features a variety of tasty dishes such as tacos, burritos, tostadas, ceviche, and more. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable, making it a great option for a casual meal out or a quick lunch on-the-go. Many customers mention that the aguas frescas are outstanding and add to the overall Mexican dining experience. Across the Border Grill is a must-visit for those seeking delicious Mexican food and excellent service in Burbank..
