Ok, hear me out. This place was so good. The chicken was moist and the flavor was good. Plenty of sauce choices. The waffles are out of this world. Manuel was so great. I would go back just for his service. Give this place a try and support local businesses that stay open late.

Great food and excellent service. Super friendly staff. I tried the chicken strip meal and it was very flavorful. Chicken was very juicy and lightly breaded. If you like spicy I recommend the Nashville dry rub.

I so wanted to like this place! To start, the service is incredible. They were quick, attentive, and very kind. Love that. Sadly the food just isn't worth it. It's not all bad! The crunch on the chicken is excellent. The texture is great. There's just no flavor. I'm OK with spicy food, but I'm not really seeking out that "hot chicken" experience. So it's not that. The flavor is just unpleasantly bland. Fries were definitely undercooked, soggy, and also bland. We also had a waffle which had good flavor, but was undercooked. I really hope they're able to make a couple changes to improve. It's a great spot and I'd like to see it succeed.

Absolutely astonishing!! my server today was Manuel!! Customer service was the best customer service I have ever had. The food from quality to quantity is 100% 10/10 please if your downtown burbank! Come try!

I was excited to try this place out, but I was definitely misled by the reviews and would not come back here. Pros: -the man at the front desk was very nice and gave us extra sauces Cons: - fountain soda was flat - they got both of my orders wrong - the food was cold (we live 5 minutes away, and there was no warmth to the food whatsoever) - food was flavorless, the Nashville seasoning was not spicy at all - fries were soggy Overall quality is poor
We stopped in here for a late night dinner and not only was the food fantastic but Manuel made the experience even better. It's really hard to find good customer service anymore and we will probably come back more often because the food and customer service combined were out of this world. We ordered the chicken strips and sliders and they were both delicious. The tenders are crispy, juicy, and flavorful. The Nashville Hot is a little hot but so flavorful. Definitely worth the heat. Their butter toast pairs perfectly with the tenders. The sauces are all so good that we couldn't pick a favorite! Then there's the sliders. These were so good paired the cole slaw and pickles. Their slaw has just the right amount of mayo and you can tell it's freshly made. Do yourself a favor and come try this place. Thank you Manuel for making this one of our best outings lately. We will be back for sure!
