They make the best salmon teriyaki bento box. They use a real cut of salmon instead of these thin, burnt pieces of salmon that a lot of restaurants serve. As a Japanese person, I find this place to be rather good.

My friends and I were surprised it was pretty empty when we got there. The seating area has a nice vibe with the cherry blossoms around the booths and there's multiple TVs dotting the walls. Staff was super friendly too. First thing we tried were the sake margaritas; we all ordered a different flavor (peach, lychee, apple) and they were pretty good--the lychee one was the best. In terms of rolls I ordered the lemon roll. Sounds like an iffy combination but it works really well. The lemon is bright but not overpowering. It's an interesting concept! I can see myself returning for another great time.

A little too "club" vibe for a sushi spot, kind of a weird vibe, but the quality of fish in the sunshine was really good, which was what I look for. The various nigiri sushi were the best thing we had from entrees to rolls. Skip the stuff with all the fillers, get the fish, it's actually really good here. The sake margaritas are d**** I tried one lol, just for fun, didn't event taste alcohol. Get the beer or sake like a normal person.

I've been coming to Fujiya for over 6 years, but I stopped coming here after COVID. But I recently came back to try it one more time, I think they changed owners and it seems much better now. The fish is super fresh and the rolls were so flavorful. I will definitely be back soon to eat again!

I'm a regular customer that comes to fujiya most of the time. The decor inside the restaurant is very beautiful, they did a nice job with it. The employees here are very friendly and the service is quick as well. They play any type of music which I love. The sushi here is fresh and delicious. What I love the most is that they server sake margaritas, they are the best drinks that I had, the restaurant and food is a plus and I recommend coming here for gatherings, parties and etc.

I used to be a regular customer at octopus but i went to Fujiya, which is across the street, the fish there is fresh, the inside is very pretty, and the staff is friendly. The food came out quick which is a plus. I ordered Toro (fatty tuna) which is my favorite dish, it came out fresh and delicious.

Fish were not fresh. Staffs are ok but felt sushi and sashimi we had was worst or second worst I ever had. Felt all the sashimi and sushi were served fish that are about to go bad. However, shrimp Tempura and fried calamari were good. Udon was only as good as in school cafeteria quality.

Pros: -The decor is modern, and pretty. The kids enjoyed the lights. -Nice music and vibe. Kids were dancing. -Fresh fish. Cons: - Service was subpar. They didn't bring out wasabi or soy sauce with our sushi, or katsu sauce with our tonkatsu until we flagged them down. There were only a handful of parties, but they kept ignoring us when they walked by. -Wasabi was left out. It was drying out, and changing color. -Tonkatsu tasted too meaty (hard to describe, but they didn't marinade the meat, and neutralize the smells, as is typical for Korean or Japanese cuisine) -The rice was undersweetened -there was weird super salty green onion it looked like on top of our rolls. -spicy tuna were super small. -specialty rolls only had 6 pieces Overall the sushi is just okay. It's overpriced for what it is, and its easy to get a better experience elsewhere. Fish was fresh, but I haven't seen evidence the chefs know how to bring out the best from the fish.

Fujiya used to be my favorite local sushi spot but after 2 recent bad take outs, I will no longer come here for my sushi needs. Not only did they raise their prices by about 20%, the rice is mushy now and lacks flavor. Thought they had a bad day, but it happened twice. :( I understand the higher price but that's quite a jump.

Flavor is so good and service has been nice so far. Just chew carefully, this is my second time having something IN my sushi. Last time it was a piece of plastic.

I took my mom out to this place since she loves japanese food, the food totally did not disappoint. Although the famous Miso Glazed Salmon, wasn't as good as we thought, I would give it a 5/10. Although you may like it, it's really 50/50 depending on your tastebuds. Takoyaki was amazing! I loved their New York Strip Roll, Blue Fin Tuna sashimi amazing! Although we ordered the fatty tuna, did not taste fresh at all, tasted like it was left over night. Our waitress was really nice but a male waiter with a batman mask was a bit "confuse"? I'm not sure if he was new but we asked for water multiple times and never received and he would just stand there clueless. Everything else was amazing.

There aren't many all you can eat sushi places near me so when I saw this while I was browsing online I had to try it. They have amazing service and the sushi is really good.

The food here 5 years ago used to be great , lately the food has been horrible ... a simple baked salmon roll was served to me raw, The last time I was here the salmon was spoilt. You guys need to do Better before you poison your customers.
