Hotel Burbank is a complete scam. The rooms are filthy and have bedbugs. The staff is extremely rude and when I asked to have my room changed due to bedbugs they told me basically get over it. Then I was charged another night and refused a refund. All around complete nightmare.

I stayed at this hotel over a month ago. They charged my card for 100 for coincidental charges. Three weeks later they had not released my money. Called and they said it would take 7 to ten days. Ten days later I called back and was told I needed to send in my credit card statement to get my money. I should not have to chase a hotel for a month to retrieve my deposit. I would never stay there again and would recommend if you do you watch what they charge you.

Great location, the staff and cleanliness of the hotel has dwindled. Our company has contracted with this hotel for decades. It once was a holiday in and we never had problems staying here. Since it became the Hotel Burbank, airport shuttles can’t manage a schedule the restaurant has converted to a glorified snack bar and for your listening pleasure the night club/lounge will pound sleepless nights into everyone on the 16th and 17th floors, ask me how I know. After having to move myself to the “last available room” in the hopes of getting a few hours sleep, I’m treated to a room shared with roaches. I wish I was both fast and not too tired to try to grab a photo of one to post. I will protest staying here every time my company puts me here.

Seems to be mid-renovations. The restaurant and bar are great; the rooms are either nicely renovated or a little tired, but clean. It felt 100% safe and is in a great, walkable location.Noteworthy details: This part of Burbank offers numerous dining opportunities, is close to freeways, and close to the airport

Had a very good weekday stay here. The hotel lobby was spacious and welcoming. The room was large, well appointed, clean, and bed was firm and comfortable. Heat and AC worked well and wasn’t too loud. I couldn’t hear any adjoining rooms but it was also a slow week so there might not have been any. My room was on the 4th floor out of 19 or so and I did wish I had a higher floor just for the view. Not too much outside noise, I could just hear some cars pulling up to lobby but nothing distracting i was also on a lower floor. One of the biggest positives is the big parking garage next to the hotel. It’s easy to park, plentiful spaces. Usually these hotel garages have tiny spaces and it’s hard to park or big trucks will take two spots. No issues here with that as it was such a big garage. Parking cost is $22 which isn’t so bad for L.A.Location was good, not too hectic, and it’s super close to the Burbank airport. It unsurprisingly is a popular hotel with airline staff. Plenty to do in Burbank but if you’re visiting, you’ll want to expand your horizons.Only slight complaint is lack of daily housekeeping- you do have to request it for stays shorter than 5 days. Also, the hotel can do a much better job of promoting and explaining all of the many amenities it has. Like I had no idea there was a cafe and bar until I looked on the website. Putting fliers in the rooms would be good, and letting guests know the times etc. There seemed to be a pool and sauna but didn’t use any of it.Great stay and will be back.Rooms: Spacious and cleanSafety: Perfectly safe

Lots of great options for food around, but everything closes early. Rooms are ok, staff is busy, and outdoor pool only.

This hotel is 20 minutes from Universal Studio. The rooms were decent for sleeping, but could be cleaner. We did have to ask for shower curtains. You can’t use the elavators without a room key so that helps with safety. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed assistance. The parking is convenient. You do have to pay for parking. The location was great. It was walking distance to lots of restaurants and close to the interstate.

I was in line and an idiot, just cut in front of me like nothing. The people behind the counter did not attempt to correct him. Wow, what kind of hospitality or maybe there is none. Hell no fools

Nice revamped hotel, probably would review it better if it wasn’t for the crowds at it for the rose bowl. So it’s probably a good option for people going there for events or games from out of town.Nearby activities: Close to the rose bowl and other attractions
