I say yes! My only gripe was the 12 to 15 minute wait when half the restaurant was empty. Not sure what was going on there for a Saturday afternoon around 4:00 p.m. maybe the entire staff hadn't yet arrived yet?Anyways, once we were seated, the menu is pretty straightforward. I do like the fact that there are photos of the items. The sushi photos looked great! But I was here on a mission to get ramen.Apr 2024. $16 Kuro Mayo was delicious. 16 ounces size. It's a big bowl. I was expecting a little more of the sliced pork, or at least a thicker cut of it. But the insanely complex and multi-layer and level broth completely left me speechless. The flavor is deep! There's so many things going on. First you get a bone broth kind of vibe, and as you continue to eat it, you start noticing the subtleties like a little fermentation, or funkiness, more earthiness, more of that deep umami. It's a pork broth, unlike anything I've tasted in a long time. Our waiter was great! I do like the fact that even the other waitress and waiter were checking in on us as well. It was a group effort. If you're in the area, I highly recommend this place for family, larger small groups, tourists, office workers, and especially people who like take out. There are several tables outside across the street that are first come first serve if you decide to get your stuff to go, and eat nearby. The City of Burbank is pretty good about keeping those areas clean and clear. Just make sure to tidy up after yourself. One thing I don't like about the atmosphere is that it's way too dark inside. I think just boosting the light level by 30% would help a lot.One thing I would like to see is maybe some sushi bundles, or at least sushi roll bundles. The photos of the sushi look great, but I'm afraid the pricing might be a little too rich for my blood. That's why I'm just sticking with the ramen for now. There's so much Sushi competition up and down the block, so just saying.Parking: street only. San Fernando has a 90-minute limit per space. Be careful, some spots or 10 minute only. There are two free structures closer to Orange Grove that are Unlimited for about 22 hours. No parking 3am-5am. So if you have to leave your car there overnight, fair warning that you might get ticketed and towed.

Dropped by as our hotel was close by. Ordered the bento box with sashimi. The fish was fresh tasting, but was cut thin.

Me and wife went for dinner last week and got food poisoning. Wife got really bad diarrhea and cramps . She was in the bathroom all night . She only had one baked muscle . I ate 5 muscles . I got hospitalized all week . Almost had surgery. Muscles and jalapeño poppers is what we had .

We came on Valentine's day at around 5pm, and were seated right away. The menu has a lot of variety, and it is the first ramen place we go to that offers 5 different types of BAKED sushi rolls. The price is reasonable, the place feels like if you are in Japan, and the service is quick. We will be coming back soon, and recommend this gem to other restaurant goers.

I was one of the few customers in the building and yet I waited 10 mins for a seat, on a slow day I can only wonder where the staff is hiding. I come to this place often but consistency is key.

The lady who took our order messed up not once, not twice, but three times. Only order 2 Kara miau ramen and 1 plain ramen,m. First it was 15-20min wait, no problem, that’s expected We gave them 30mins. But after we check in, it was never sent to the kitchen. They told us it’ll be another 10mins, alright, mistakes happen. But then they come back, telling us they place the wrong order and it’ll be another 15mins. No, that’s it, I’m out. Terrible.
