It's a shame this place closed down. The new management couldn't handle it. I've been a regular for over 10 years but stopped going when Rocky sold it and when Jen left. Unfortunate.

So sad that this place closed! It was not the same once ownership changed.I loved this place and have been going there for over 15 years.

We like a lot going out. Last night we came to this excellent place which friends told us about. We passed a lovely experience there with superb dishes and a nice team and a great chief cook. We put this venue in our list and we shall certainly return very soon. We warmly recommend.

Yummy healthy options with a good variety of fish choices, oysters, and scallops!!! Soo much better than fish dish!

Place has definitely changed. The photo is a picture of the leg and thigh. I eaten any chicken yet. That is their serving. There's barely enough there from a chicken leg. Looks like the new management has cheaper out. Hopefully they sell soon to somebody who can bring it back to its former glory.

First time here in a long time. The vibe has changed and not for the better. The quality has gone downhill. The portions are smaller and the salad looked wilted. I ordered teriyaki chicken and they gave it to me with tarter sauce. Weird right? The teriyaki was watery. They didn't have drinks from the soda machine available either. I didn't even have to look. I knew there had been an ownership change and it looks like my suspicions are correct. It's sad. Anybody who was looking for a healthy lunch used to come here. The place is nearly empty now.

Food is still so good but the service wasn't that pleasant. The man gave me attitude when I forgot to say my second choice of side and when I asked for a box he decided to not to hand it to me even though I was reaching out my hand for it he just left it on the other side of the counter. And I never was rude once. Maybe if they worked on their customer service they would get all 5 stars.

Unfortunately, this used to be the BEST place in Burbank but has now been purchased and gone downhill. Rocky, if you're reading this, know that you're sorely missed. The food is not consistent at all, there are dirty rags on the ordering counter, not timely even when pre-ordered, and quality has gone down. The salads, fish and chicken are just not the same at all- very poor quality. It's really sad to see a landmark like this lose its luster but I suppose Rocky had to retire someday. A note of advice to the new owner: Don't fix what isn't broken. You should've kept everything the same and taken on this venture knowing that you have to sustain the quality of the food. I've come in numerous times after you took over, regardless of the poor service and didn't want to write a bad review, but perhaps this will help you improve.

So much better than fish dish, and lots of varieties of fish to choose from! Soo good.

Love this place. Have visited several times for a quick lunch and have also had deliveries from Door Dash. My go to order is the grilled salmon bowl with extra steamed veggies. The fish is always incredibly fresh and tender. It's one of the healthier lunch choices I've found and it's also super filling. Kudos.
I used to come here twice a week and bring all my friends, raved to everyone about it, but now it changed ownership and with it the food quality isn't as good and the service went downhill. I had to wait for my food, the fish was cold he put it to go when I asked for here, sets it on the counter and I can see him doing whatever in the kitchen, he tells me to wait for him. I'm thinking I already waited a long as time, wait for you to finish packaging whatever it is you are doing? So I grabbed my food, fork and sat down. The fish was cold and over cooked. I'm so annoyed, you made me wait and the fish got cold? Why do you ask for here or to go if you forget two minutes later? The guy taking orders forgets things, which is fine but don't make me wait extra because you are inefficient. Another lady came in he had forgotten taking her order or that she had already paid. She was nice and said oh maybe it wasn't you? I wanted to say, he is the only moron here lady, next time eat elsewhere. I know I am. Too bad the old owners were so great and it was such a different vibe to come in. She was always pleasant no matter how busy they were. Now is like I think I'd rather cook at home or go to fish king in Glendale.

A place i would go to atleast once a week, has now turned into maybe once every couple of months. Im sure many agree with me when i say it has not been the same since the new owner has taken over. More than half the reason many would go there was for the customer service that was provided, and on top of that the prices have increased while the quality of the food has decreased. The new owner is not welcoming, and makes it seem as if hes doing you a favor allowing me to buy food from there. Sad to see, hopefully they can turn things around.

First time here and had a good experience. Pros: 1. Friendly service: Nice interactions not only with me but with other customers I saw as well. 2. Nice healthy options: Although you could get the fried versions, I got grilled salmon, mahi, chicken, grilled veggies, coleslaw, and a salad with lemon vinaigrette. 3. Good variety of seafood: I'm happy to have a new option when I want different kinds (or one specific kind) of fish. 4. Plenty of parking: I'm glad it's not in the main Old Town part where you always have to hunt for a space. 5. No wait: I went when they opened. Cons: 1. Some things were out of stock. That day it was halibut. Luckily they have other choices so it was not so bad. 2. Late lunch: They don't open until 1pm on Sat which is later than I usually eat, but glad it worked out on this day.

Southern reviewer, came by after a long day at work. Place is clean from look. But this place is mediocre at best. Seasoning basic for fried food and it's over priced. They have only one combo plate which is strange for a seafood spot anywhere in the country you can get a plate with shrimp and fish, fish and clams, or their combo plate they have. I paid 18.19 and this was what I got. Honestly this is the saddest plate of seafood I've ever gotten and they said they gave me more shrimp cause they ran out of scallops.... I honestly think they do really well because they're the only spot in Burbank so ppl have no where to go. If this was on the West side of LA it would be in trouble because of competition. Don't come here. I won't return. This was terribly disappointing. They shouldn't even be in business. Next time I'll purchase and fry my own seafood.

This was my first time ordering food from here and I don't usually like takeout fried food because the food ends up getting steamy. But it was so yummy! The first was not in a heavy batter and it was in small pieces instead of enormous chunks. It was perfectly seasoned and the fish was superior quality fish (I had the red snapper). I'll have to eat in next time. Thanks Rocky's! I'll be back.
