My kids love this place. Pizza is always great and you can't forget about the Mojo's. The games and prizes are always a childhood nostalgia for myself and sharing this experience with my kids is always a great little Sunday tradition for the family. Service is excellent and staff are very friendly.

I like to go here right when it opens,every Sunday after church! You can tell that this shakey's is super popular because there are often people waiting outside 30 minutes before they open.Within an hour of opening the place is usually packed, and the staff seem to manage it pretty well. The food is always fresh and staff are great at making rounds at the tables, ensuring everything is clean and tidy!! Clean/fun atmosphere and good food every time we visit!

Ordered 2 large pizzas and a mojos for take out - Came out to just over $65.00. This must be the reason why this restaurant has been going downhill unfortunately. The pizza was ok (nothing like it used to be) but the mojos were subpar. This used to be a place you could take your family for a decent meal, and the prices were not out of control. This has nothing to do with inflation.. this is BEYOND inflation, and its an absolute rip-off and the ovens looks like they were in terrible shape in the kitchen as well. It was nostalgic at best, but the last time I will patronize this franchise. They are out of their minds charging $32.50 for a large 15" pizza and mojos, and another 27.00 for a large meat lovers pizza. You can get much better elsewhere, and easily at half the cost. It's another childhood favorite that went downhill and its sad. Come back to planet earth and bring the reasonable prices back even with inflation taken into account, and people WILL come back. There is NO reason a meal for 3 people should have cost this much.. PERIOD!!! I am able to go out for sushi in a high-end place and spend less than this, and the ingredients to make pizza are CHEAP!!! Ingredients for sushi are not cheap.. I know its apples to oranges, but my example still stands!

I was there with my brother on a Monday they close at 9:30pm We arrive at 9:07pm they took our order the place was empty but our food was delicious. Usually we go to the one in Sylmar, but we were in the area and the food tasted better here. Staff was friendly too.

I have been patronizing Shakey's for over 40 years and I've never had such an awful experience like I did today. They gave me TWO tiny pieces of chicken. One without the skin! That's NO SKIN on fried chicken! Pizza was made in a very sloppy manner and mojo's were subpar at best. Needless to say, this was my first & LAST time at the Burbank location. Never again!!! ?

It’s a Burbank landmark. Been going there since I was 6. After baseball games. Parents passing pitchers of beers, eating pizza, chicken and mojos. Kids playing arcade games. Family birthdays. I’m 58 now and I now take my grandson to this Shakeys.

Went there for a birthday party.. food was ok. But i wouldnt come here again simply because main reason i would go is for my children to have fun in the arcade... BUT id have to bring half my paycheck with me considering i have 3 kids and every freakin game costs a dollar n then some to play. What ever happened to tokens?
