We love onion rings with our burgers and salads; HOWEVER, wish they would consistently cook them properly. Most of the time the onion rings are over cooked which makes them hard and dry. Does any one supervise the orders before going out?

It was my first burger experience after countless onion rings, and Roasted Brussels sprouts Indulgences.The Portobello burger with garlic aioli did not disappoint.I shall return for the way that it hit my palate on every level, front back, and side 2 side.

I ordered a burger off the menu for delivery it came with nothing but meat and a bun. WTF way of filling an order. I want my money back. I ordered fries and there was none. I tried calling but no human to answer a call everything automated. I'm disgusted by the service by this joint. Refund immediately

Given the choice between this Habit and the one in North Hollywood on Lankershim, I'd pick this one every time because 1) they always get my order right) and 2) they offer curbside pickup. Makes a big difference when you've got kids in tow.Seating is decent: a mix of booths and tables and there's patio seating, too. Parking can be tight but not impossible. Staff is friendly - if I could change one thing I'd put more into keeping the restrooms clean - the floors get a little grimy and slippery - but at least there are two of them.Kid-friendliness: My kids live on their french fries & chicken bites.

Disappointed with the delivery. Group order for 8 people and there were no names on the orders, everything stacked on top of each other, fries all together in one big mess. At least label them since people get various condiments in their burgers. 3 stars cause it tastes pretty good.
