The lady who took my order over the phone and worked in the front was very rude and cold.Sushi was dry, rice was hard, eel tasted old and was hard. Crunch roll was bland and it gave me a stomachache.Do not recommend at all.

I think I've tried about 15 items, including their Yakisoba, and everything has tasted great. It's definitely one of my favorite sushi spots.

Great quality fish. Lots of choices, they had a special menu with a salmon dragon roll. It had salmon on the outside and the inside for $20 a roll. They have the price on the menu for some reason. We ordered two of them. The OMG roll was also very good. I enjoy this spot it is small and cozy. Originally, I found this place because it said they had beer on draft, but they do not. They do have large bottles of beer, though.Parking: The parking lot is very small. There is a liquor store and a laundromat in the same parking lot. Some spots are a little tight.

Nothing beats this place. The sushi is consistently so good. Nina has been our server since we have been coming here for over a year & we love her so much, she is wonderful. It's a smaller spot but everything is always very clean & has a relaxing vibe.
I have never dined here before but have passed by it at least a hundred times. Today while running some errands I somehow ended up here with my husband to have lunch. What a cute place.... We walked in and were greeted right away and seated right away. The hostess also our waitress was friendly and attentive. We ordered a few rolls and really enjoyed our lunch. I loved their Yellowstone roll. We also got the ex girlfriend roll which was good as well. I honestly didn't think that this sushi place will be added to one of my go to places in Burbank. We were never able to find a good sushi spot in Burbank til now. I'm so happy we stopped by to give it a try.

I really loved the sushi at Tokyoya Sushi. I've gotten a couple different specialty rolls and love them both! We also split some sake that was very delicious. If you're looking for some really great sushi Tokyoya is a must. I highly recommend and would love to come back.

Good Sashimi, very small portion, pricey. I ordered salmon yuzu w/ truffle oil. Six pieces of salmon 3/4” x 1-1/2” x 3/16”, nice presentation. For approximately 2-3 oz of sushi @ $19, at 3oz that’s $100/lb.I thought the portion was miserly. I should have gone to a seafood restaurant. Sorry I didn’t take a picture. Typical restaurant pricing is 1/3 food cost, 1/3 labor, 1/3 profit. It took minutes to eat it was so small. This was just a micro appetizer. I was still hungry, Not worth ordering more, so I went across the street to Summer Buffalo to eat.
