One of our San Fernando Blvd. favorites that we always return to. Their half priced happy hour menu is super yummy, good quality and the same price as grocery store sushi - but way better tasting! Outside seating is also always available.Get the Jalapeno Crunchy or Salmon Crunchy roll and you won't be sorry!
Toro Sushi is one of my favorite mom and pop shop I've been going to for a couple of years now and I can say they are the last place I have seen retaining their menu price from a couple of years ago even with our current inflation. Their service is excellent. They are sometimes busy and I've seen the owners would also help serve and also help in the kitchen. I am always patient when I go eat supporting small businesses.They still have some HALF OFF sushi special every single day at any time of the day.Their Poke is delicious and they are not skimpy with portion. I always order the soft shell crab with Spicy Tuna with Salmon. Sometimes with salad and sometimes with sushi rice. Sushi rice is extra dollar but worth it than regular white rice for $20 - 3 protein which is $19 plus sushi rice $1.My wife always order the Yellowtail Collar for $15. Comes with rice and salad.I would also order their dynamite, salmon Philadelphia cheese and crispy tempura roll.I end up taking home half of every single order above and enough for our dinner.I hope they keep their price low because this is the my only sushi place I go to. ?Please always bear in mind that this is a small business trying to thrive in this time of inflation and also trying to keep their price low. They might be understaffed and please have patience with them. Always flag if you need something. Please do not assume they had ignored you as a customer. They have been more than accomodating at all times and every single time I've visited this place.Parking: Multiple parking structures nearby

Sushi is good. Service is efficient. I order online and pick up fairly quickly and without a fuss. Not too crowded around late lunch time so the ambience is pretty low key. Great pricing.

They have been our go to sushi/poke place since 2017 and for good reason! The staff is incredibly kind, the fish is always fresh and they never miss. We love this place. My one complaint is they’re too far from us now! Please, please open up a place in Thousand Oaks ❤️

As someone who loves sushi, this place is Uncommonly good. I’m lucky enough to work nearby, and I’m making this review after eating here probably a couple times (or more) a week for over 3 months. They knock it out of the park with their food and service every single time! The prices are also extremely reasonable, especially with their 50% off almost all day.Highly recommend the salmon avocado crab roll (or anything with salmon in it — it’s always incredibly fresh)!

Stopped off here for lunch. Location wise, it's great as it's along the main strip. There's plenty of street parking as well as parking structure near by. We sat outside which was a couple of tables along the sidewalk. Indoor seating as well of course. Not quite sure if there's seating at the sushi bar since we never went inside. What caught our attention was the half off sushi. Not sure it's it's happy hour or it's all all day thing. You have the usual, nigiri sushi and some rolls that was on the half off menu. The also had combos which was quite nice for the price. We opted for the hand roll combo and omakase meals. Hand roll combo came with six. Sushi combo came with 10 piece, either salmon or tuna sashimi, edamame and 2 hand roll. Sushi was quite good as well as the rolls. Fish was fresh which was a good thing. Pieces of sushi was quite decent size as you think for half off it couldn't be that big as well as quality. Everything was really nice and tasty. Service and staff was quite nice. Friendly and very helpful. Also, beer was half off which was a good touch to the meal.
