We came here for a wedding reception. Beautiful views of the bay, food was delicious. Service was okay, but we were a large crowd and the place was packed.I'm willing to come again as a regular customer, perhaps on a less busy day.

I actually came here by accident initially meaning to go to HL peninsula very close by. The food was just okay in my opinion with HL being superior for sure. The spare ribs were greasy, and the changfen was disappointing. The short wait and view of the water is a nice plus though.Service was a bit weird. The food came slower than expected for a dim sum place. We had a server spill water and a bit of sauce over our table upon delivery. And when we asked for the final bill to be split 50/50, they came back with some weird alternative split and gave us “pointers” on how much to tip to even out the bill.I likely won’t be back unless I’m desperately craving dimsum and the line at HL is over an hour.

Come here mainly for sea view. Dim sums are good, prices are a bit pricey. Service should have improved, they would push you to leave once you finish your foods. Parking is ok compared with other dim sum restaurants in busy districts. Will come back again.

The view of the bay was everything! This place gets busy so it’s best to go during off times or endure a wait. Food was decent, my favorites were the shrimp balls and meat dumplings. We had to ask for soy sauce twice and service was a bit slow but overall we’ll return.

The food was okay... I wouldn't really go here again just because it's pricey. The staffs were decent, they weren't rude at all surprisingly. Decent ambiance, wasn't loud at all, but I also went on a weekday so it depends. There's nothing special about this place except the oceanic

The only good thing about this place is the FOOD! over priced, but it's good! Everything else about this place... service especially is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! If they can work on getting their employees to have better customer service and treat the customers with respect. Because the customers is paying alot $ not to only enjoy the food but would like to have better service also!

First of all, the parking spaces are way too narrow making it almost impossible to get in and out of your car. Tonight, they offered a special menu for Chinese New Year. The prices were higher than usual. The service and atmosphere were okay. The food was average and a little disappointing considering the prices.
I like the dining room at Grand Harbor Seafood and Dimsum Restaurant, especially those next to the big window with the bay and airport views.I have my dim sum breakfast, lunch, and dinner here many times. All the dishes are good. The service is not bad. Sometimes, they're a little slow when they're super busy!Parking: The parking lot is very busy on weekends

I was impressed by the herbal chicken soup, which has a very strong taste of medicinal food, and the Arctic shrimp is sweet. The chef is good at handling seafood, which is the traditional high-end Chinese food, and it is very fresh and healthy. The environment is very beautiful, very suitable for family dinners, festivals, weddings, dating. Healthy food reflects your healthy life and taste!

View is great, food was alright. Had the beef stew that came out warmish cold and the beef balls were over night. The color was a lot darker, it looked reheated compared to another table that ordered the same
