I love that we could get flavors here that are not sold in the stores. The pumpkin flavor was so delicious. We brought home a case of different flavors, they packed it with dry ice for our 3 hour drive home. I’d do it again.

Love the pumpkin it’s-it!! Made a special trip for that, since it’s not really sold in stores and it’s pretty hard to find which stores sell it. Totally worth the trip. They also offer a styrofoam with dry ice if you forget your own freezer bag or ice chest for $10

Bought two dozen of various flavors/assortment of ice cream. Of course, all delicious. My favorite is the Cappuccino. Service was quick and friendly. However, when I got home, I only had 22 items. I was missing two of the super sundae's :-(

Nowhere to sit, but it's a factory store, so I wouldn't expect that. Staff was very friendly and they frequently have a Groupon that makes the ice cream sandwiches a really good deal.

Great Its-It ice cream in bulk amounts and flavors - What more can you ask for? Just a little bit more parking but hey, it is was it is!When we went were were lucky to find parking. In and out within 10 minutes

The best ice cream ever! I love going to the It's-It store, they have every flavor. Cappuccino is my number one favorite, with chocolate a very close second. Pumpkin is delicious, strawberry is smooth. Vanilla and mint are classic. The staff here are always friendly and helpful. And you can not beat the prices!

Hahaha ha- this place was 5 mins. from our hotel. My sister was visiting from AZ and wanted to see it. It was 7am on a Sunday, so I knew it was closed, but I took her anyways. Right as my sister is peeking in the door, a worker named PACO came out. I was SO EMBARRASSED, as here are these 2crazy ladies at ITS ITS at 7am on a Sunday. He laughed, offered us ice cream, and my sister was like a kid in a candy store! Best day EVER!!

Swung by the It's-It Factory store after eating lunch in hopes of finding the rarest of the rare, Green Tea flavor but unfortunately its still out of stock. I asked the lady at the register and she had said it's been out of stock for a while because of a supplier issue, so I settled for Strawberry since Pumpkin wasn't available (for the day) either. I love coming by here cause it's just a quick walk in for some ice cream or merch and you're out the door within 5 minutes. The shop is organized, clean, and well maintained and the staff are super friendly and helpful! The only downside is the factory store is only open during the weekdays during normal business hours so if you plan on swinging by, be sure to check beforehand to make sure their open!
