We have stayed here before. Like the view from our room of the water, the shuttle to the airport and that there is a restaurant and a large lounge area. Our room was attractive with all that we needed. We ate a snack and enjoyed drinks in the evening and breakfast in the morning. We visited in August 2021

I appreciated the convenience and close proximity to the San Francisco airport. The room was of nice size, the bed was comfortable and the room was well appointed. There are nice walking trails overlooking the waterfront and the airport. The only drawback is the shuttle service. My flight arrived very early in the morning (due to a delay from east coast I landed at 1:30 am). The signage in the airport is not very clear and I missed the shuttle and the next one wasn’t going to be for over an hour and I ended up having to take a shared Uber ride. I was so tired that I didn’t want to wait for the shuttle which was free. In the end it all worked out. The signage issue was an error on the airports fault not the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel has a great shuttle to on the airport, the restaurant is still working on covid restrictions thus no room service but the burger was delish. Disappointed that pool is still closed due to Covid. We also got a room with a corner view of the Bay more overlooking the roof of the building. Slept well, and proximity of planes was no issue.

TRASH - the room smells like mildew; the bathroom door is a thin piece of glass with gaps on all sides that you can hear all your neighbors diarrhea echoing upon, around and then down the halls- what a welcome! They have no room service from their in house restaurant (though not according to their televisions or advertising material) They don't even have a phone number to call their restaurant and place an order for pick up, you are required to physically go and place an order, waiting in person for your food if you have that time during hectic travels. Ps they don't have bottled water to sell, just a communal water jug. Also, the televisions are not smart TVs, you can link your phone to them by using a QR code that allows you to use your smart phone as a basic remote - no casting or screen sharing - they are not fully functioning as "smart tv's" If you just want an air conditioned room near the airport to sleep in it is fine (if you don't mind the potential wind instrument symphony from the surrounding rooms, just bring ear plugs) but you'll be spending the same as you would at the more luxurious hotels that place more value on positive guest experiences.

Amazing views you can't go wrong it's so peaceful. Great place to recharge or relax before your journey. Very busy location lots of foreign travelers and crews taking a breath before or after heavy travels. Staff is amazing and helpful they bring everything together and make sure your comfortable. Great place to walk or run in the cool California breeze.

I had a quick one-night stay here while returning from a long flight. The room was solid and I had a good rest. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They gave me a toothbrush and toothpaste, as mine were in my lost luggage. The bar/restaurant area in the lobby was quite fun and has great views of the planes landing and of the water. The price per night was higher than I felt the place justified but perhaps I am not used to Bay Area prices.

The bar and restaurant has slow serving and the food is not so great. They served us with really burnt toast. The menu was better before like three years ago. It was not a good experience.

Nice view, best location and friendly service.

Super location and clean rooms. Water pressure was excellent and hot. Efficient front desk service. We arrived early and asked if we could store our luggage. They said one of our connecting rooms was available for use to check in. Perfect. Rooms were quiet considering the airport was just across the water. The only complaint about the rooms was did not cool down sufficiently. We had status so we were able to access the Lounge and enjoy breakfast with the family. The indoor pool was closed but we didn't have time to try it or the gym.

We (unfortunately) only spent 1 night here coming back from Vegas before departing for Europe. The hotel has the perfect location, right on the waterfront facing the SFO runways. The perfect place for flight spotting! The room was very clean and beautifully decorated as well as refurbished . Staff was amazing and everybody we met provided excellent service and went out of their way to make us happy. Breakfast in the restaurant was really good and an extra plus was the free airport shuttle (also excellent and smiling service by the driver). Will definitely go back.

I've been here before, years ago and it was a decent place to hang out and stay. Tried to call them today and they don't answer their phone and there's no chance to leave a message. Have to rate it "Not good" until they show a pulse.

I booked a suite. But windows were sealed off. Perhaps broken. And pretty barren room with two tea bags for 4 night stay. Not deeply impressed.

I think the hotel rooms were designed for The Sims or maybe Animal Crossing critters, because they certainly aren't practical for actual humans. First off, NO rooms with king size beds have bathtubs. Sleep with a partner? Or just like a big bed? Only a weak shower for you. The second big thing is that the door to the bathroom is sliding frosted glass. Which means that if you get up and use the bathroom at night, your bedmate gets blinded by light. They're probably not sleeping well anyway because the bed is like a concrete slab with lumpy pillows. Other little things aren't complaint worthy alone, but they add up to a room made for imaginary people. Slabs instead of nightstand drawers. Fridge too shallow for standard carry out trays. A single towel hook in the bathroom for "conservation" - that is mounted right over the wide trash can. Trash can can't fit anywhere else guaranteeing your "conserved" towel falls right in the bathroom trash. Oh and you only get 2 towels and there's no cleaning service so you have to call and ask for more every day. Did I mention no cleaning service? You have to request that too. The one time we did, no one came. Two stars because I save the 1's for places where critical things are broken or where there are bugs. No bugs and things worked. That's about it.

Close to SFO with transit provided. But cleanliness could be better. Plenty of “covid changes” but seemingly only ones that add to Marriott profit. Mask pretty much non existent for staff but M club closed and limited housekeeping. Feedback to property management was acknowledged but not too sure much will change.

I came in with a group for an event. Every one I met from the front desk, Security/Shipping, AV/Tech, Banquet staff and the Cleaning staff were very professional and friendly. I have to mention everyone that made this experience great. Vicky, Ravi, Justin, Noel, John, Cezar, Michael, Bhaja, Tony, Margeherita, Anne, Annie, TJ, Wai and a few others. Thank you for your support and providing excellent service. The hotel had a wonderful view of the bay, very close to the SFO airport. Overall impression, nice rooms, great view and wonderful staff.
