We chose this hotel because it was near our event...and it seemed nice. Architecture wise it was nice. If you want a shower cap, go down to the desk in your bathrobe and get one; if you want light to see your clothes-bring a flashlight; if you want coffee and cereal in the morning-forget it unless you are 'a member'; if you want something other than an active construction site out your window-that will be 50 more dollars; if you have a car-that will be another $50 to park. And if you want WiFi that will be $20 more, unless you are...a 'member'(they have no TV to speak of). This was a lot to try to gather together on the spur of the moment. OTHER HOTELS ARE MUCH MORE INCLUSIVE AND WON'T NICKLE AND DIME YOU (NOW THE SAYING WOULD BE WON'T 50 YOU HERE AND THERE) THANKS FOR READING ALL

Amazing location. Free shuttle every 15 min to and from SFO. Got amazing views and nice bar and restaurant. The staff was very friendly and prompt with their service. Totally would come back again.

Nice hotel just next to the airport with a good view on the runways and direct access to the walkpath just next to the water. It is not new and some rooms start showing the signs of the age, but still very comfortable and welcoming.Definitely appreciated the stay!

The hotel is a bit older but the service here is solid. There’s a Starbucks in the lobby for your morning fix. The best part of staying here is that it’s right by the water and you can watch planes coming in over the water. What a view.

I really want to like this hotel. I’ve stayed here no less than 10 times because it’s convenient to the airport. Not again. There’s some type of noise in the walls. Sounds like someone cutting pipes but there’s no construction. So I assume it’s rattling water pipes. Don’t expect much sleep if you get a room near the phantom noise. Today my toilet wouldn’t flush upon checkin. No show from maintenance so far. Called downstairs twice to follow up and no one answers the phone. FWIW, I’m Titanium Elite which means nothing nowadays. Turn the volume up on the video.

Came to visit friends staying at the hotel to catch up over drinks and dinner in the lobby. Service was great until we went to leave after our catch up and got charged $24 dollars for parking for surpassing the 2 hour limit that was never made clear. The math didn’t add up on the receipt for the charge since it only deducted 1 hour based on what was showing. The receptionist couldn’t assist. Disappointed after spending so much time in food and drinks in the lobby restaurant. We will think twice next time we consider to visit with friends but will plan to recommend other hotels that accommodate guests and/or local restaurants. I visited last year and had no issues with validating my parking after my visit. Definitely reconsider if staying and have friends in the area since terms have clearly changed.

Convenient location but dated rooms and very poor noise insulation, making you part of every landing at SFO or the elevator shafts. Reason for getting two stars is the staff being nice and accommodating, otherwise it would have been a 1.

If you are looking for an airport near the airport. This one is great. If you want a place near the city, look somewhere else. The hotel is great. The rooms are great. And I enjoyed the view of the bay and the airport. It is quite entertaining to watch the planes take off and landing. Now the bad. The shuttle to the airport BLOWS!! It first stop at the Hyatt, so it may be full by the time it shows up at the Marriott. We had to wait for a 2nd shuttle. In total took us about 30 mins to finally get on the shuttle. This was at 6:00 AM.

The hotel is very beautiful and very busy! I loved the views of the bay shore and it was closed to the airport! I enjoyed my stayed there and I recommend everyone to come and stay there!Rooms: The rooms is very comfortable and beautifulNearby activities: The hotel is closed to the airport and other hotels.Safety: It's a safety environmentWalkability: You can walk the bay shore or restaurant or to another hotels
Make sure at checking in to get a room far away frim elevators or you will be hearing sound if a drill all night long qhen the hotel is fully booked. But honestly at these prices they should fix those elevators!

The view of the waterfront was spectacular. Watching the jets coming into the landing strip was excellent. The skyline view of San Francisco was one that I have never seen before.Safety: The escalator up to the second floor exhibit rooms was a great idea and helpful.Walkability: It wasn't a long walk from parking to the front door. The staff were very helpful in getting my parking ticket paid at the machine. All the conference members leaving at the same time presented a little problem in waiting to exit the parking lot. But a staff member kindly directed traffic and confirmed our paid tickets at the exit. Thank you for your patience and service.

No microwave. No wifi. No breakfast. No water pressure. No coffee creamer. No free water. No vending machines. Ice machines are broken. The beds and pillows sucked. Escalators sound like they're about to break. SERIOUSLY? For $350 a night?!They put us in a room with a view of a WALL and vents / ACs on the roof! No water view.Room smells like mildew. AC is WEAK. Bath sink faucet barely clears sink. Constant nickel & diming. I could go on. Don't stay here. You can get a much better place for $150 a night."We provide laundry detergent" but good luck finding 8 quarters for the washer and dryer.Food & drinks: Most expensive can of pop I've ever bought in my life. A small can of pop runs you $5 here.

A really bad hotel, at this point (it is getting super old, smelly, and the a/c system is bad). The only redeeming qualities are the location, with great access to a walking and jogging trail in front, and the friendly staff. The a/c barely works, and the rooms smell of mildew. During our stay, the complimentary water machine was broken and they charge 7 USD for the bottled Arrowhead water bottle in your room. Highway robbery. Shame.

Checked in late at night due to a overnight layover from Maui. Room was ok, but the smell in the room was either cat pee, or mold. We were so exhausted and desperate to sleep that we stuck it out, maybe thinking the all the rooms smell like this? Anyways, it was futile because I couldn’t sleep with the smell, and our clothes smelled like it the next day as well. Do not recommend this hotel if this is considered acceptable. 2 stars because the bar staff was friendly.Noteworthy details: 10min shuttle from the airport
