This place is awesome. The donuts are out of sight. But the tasty cherry in top is the tamales and papusas. They're amazing!

First time going here with my pops and their croissants with cheese were very well made, their hot chocolate is great. Overall the service was phenomenal. Really like the mom and pops store kinda feel. Definitely going back even though my brother moved a little bit away lol

Never been the type of person to write bad reviews but the customer service from one lady seriously put me down. Bagel is great but I don't think I'll be back

Good donuts

Came in on a Sunday afternoon and when I walked in there was no one at the counter. When I walked in there was like a doorbell sound that went off when I entered the location to notify the people working in the back that someone walked in and it made the sound but no one walked out for a good minute. Finally a Hispanic lady appeared and looked at me as if I had walked into her home unannounced. At no point in time did this lady give me a smile or a hello just a death stare. So I was the one that said hello and asked for half a dozen donuts. I told her the donuts I wanted and she told me the cost and as soon as she closed the register she walked away from me without a thank you for coming or have a nice day. It was the worst customer service I had experienced in a long time. She has no business working in customer service with that attitude. I will never enter this establishment again and I will make sure no one I know Evers enter this place as well.

Just found hair in my croissant breakfast sandwich & the coffee tastes burnt. Don't recommend.

Best pastries in SCV. *The* place to get an apple fritter; everything else is just as god.

I have been coming in here for years since since I was a little girl and moved back into the area and the past two days I have walked In , I immediately feel very unwelcomed, the service was not very friendly at all, they don’t greet you like they used to. This will be my last visit.
