Truly 6 out of 5 stars if I could add an extra one! The ambiance is absolutely stunning, the service is stellar, and the coffee and chocolate is to die for! If you are in or near Carlsbad and need some sweets, Carlsbad Chocolate Bar is the place to go!

Business trip. 1st timer. Delicious white mocha paired with a Black Forest dark chocolate truffle - Yum ?- they have to go bags of chocolates, perfect for taking a little present home to the family. SUGAR FREE options available also. Gift table with other items like the GOLF bottle and wine openers plus lanterns, cards, t-shirts of Coffee. Chocolate. Wine. Repeat. Great ambiance and chill spot. Public RESTROOMS ACROSS the street. They make the chocolate in the back and they sell bottles of wine also.

We received a boxed variety of chocolates from a friend and were disappointed with the lack of chocolate flavor. Very waxy coatings and sweet filling. The chocolate was not quality. I am from Europe so know quality. Maybe more of a tourist destination.

this place is so cool. the chocolate is amazing AND they have coffee, i’ve never heard of a chocolate place having coffee. the coffee is amazing too. 10/10

I don't get it. This place is ho hum and doesn't match the vibe of Carlsbad. Some of the staff act stuck up and childish-rude. Kind of makes you want to turn around the moment you walk in. It's really just a bunch of space with a case of truffles and rude teenagers. Just my opinion of course but I live here and it's not on my list of recs. Imagine what this place could be? Great name.

I don’t like giving bad reviews to local businesses but this was not a good experience. First, the two young girls working the counter were great. Very friendly and helpful. I got the Rocky Road bar and a chocolate turtle. Whatever was in the middle of the rocky road bar was terrible. It seemed stale and not good flavor. The chocolate turtle literally tasted like cardboard. My wife said her dark chocolate toffee tasted stale as well. I don’t mind spending a little more money on good chocolate but this was not good.

The options are endless for chocolatey treats. I found a great selection for Valentines Day. Love coming here you really can't leave without trying a little if everything. I tried a lot of flavors that I don't normally choose and they were so delicious and quality made to perfection.

An attractive and welcoming sweet spot to rejuvenate your energy. My dog got a treat and I treated myself with three fully staffed black truffle. They are smooth and edgy. I will stop by whenever I pass by here again.

I've been coming here since 2018. This is one of my favorite places to go for a chai latte. They also have a variety of muffins. If you're in the market for succulents and cool/unique succulent arrangements, this is the place to go. You can even buy driftwood and succulents to make your own succulent arrangement. This is a dog friendly place, I bring my mini golden doodles with me on occasion. What a perfect place to bring your pet, get a drink, and relax.
