The customer service was awful was told my order was going to be a 20 min wait and came back to nothing just a bad attitude. They were rude to remake it with the cook being to high to get my order right definitely don’t recommend unless you want to wait forever definitely not worth the price not wait.

Best burgers, I always get Cajun bacon. Some people complain about it being slow, but you can’t rush perfection. Great hole in the wall burger joint.

I absolutely loved this place. Their food is honestly wonderful, and quite affordable in comparison to all the other burger joints. This place is very transparent with the prices and food they serve. I enjoy dining in and taking out.Vegetarian options: They have the veggie burger, which the patty is made as a vegan option.Parking: The area is very walkable, however you'll need to park elsewhere and walk.
Don't use Doordash to order from this place. They have failed to make my order every single time I've tried. Maybe if they would staff more than one person at a time they could run a competent restaurant.

My daughter liked the name so walked in.By the looks I should have walked out.Dirty tables and place was empty.She ordered a burger that was under cookedCompletely. It was dripping mayo and ketchup. She didn’t eat it.She threw it in the trash and we left.Staff were very nice. This place needs a total make over and a better menu.Wheelchair accessibility: First floor.

Waited outside and the workers even seen we were waiting outside. 1120 they still did not open or even open the door to let us know what was going on. So we went to have Mexican food at Norte. Too bad, may have been great but not today or the next.
