NOTORIOUS BARBECUE, like the flagship older brother, Notorious Burgers, struggles mightily with details and consistency. once in a while they get it right, but most of the time their food could kindly be described as near misses.making good BBQ is fairly easy. because low-and-slow cooking uses (relatively) inexpensive meat (tougher cuts historically referred to as low-on-the-hog), it's technique driven. watch a few you.tube videos and some basic equipment and you're pretty much...read full review

Didn't have a full experience here, but I tried the slider trio and it was alright. I figured it would come with coleslaw and sauce but it was all very deconstructed and a little dry.
