I came for a cup of coffee. It took 20minutes. 20minutes!!!!! Maybe I should have ordered a white chocolate mocha with almond milk, a pinch of paprika and blessed by 4 leprechauns, and I would have gotten it faster. After 15 minutes I asked for an update and a helpful employee asked and saw a very unhappy person making my drink. So, I watched her add each sugar packet individually and then my cup sat there waiting for another 5 minutes. Finally, I got my coffee, but the unhappy barista didn’t even acknowledge it took 1/3 of an hour to make my cup of coffee and barely was audibly registered as she said my name. Seriously, I make a lot of reviews and have like 46million views of my pics and this is the absolute worst service I have ever received at a Starbucks and I have been to a lot of Starbucks!!!! Now, I am late to my meetings and my day starts off crappy and even more stressful than it already was. Thanks unhappy Starbucks barista. Your negativity has spread to at least one patron who will not return to this location. ?

Super disappointed! I called the day before to order 2 boxes of coffee for our office. They didn't even have it started! We made it clear we wanted it by 8:15 AM. The person who took the order didn't give them a pick up time. I left them 2 phone numbers to call. No one even thought of calling to ask us since they didn't give them the time we requested. Now we are late for our office opening. Never again will we go to this Starbucks. Big fail!!! I'd give no stars for this place, but the app requires at least one!!!Thank you, Ashley for making it as soon as you could. Sorry the person who took the call did this to you.

Cici is the only reason I like going to Starbucks. She’s the best. She remembers peoples names and always goes the extra mile. It’s always busy when she’s there and very slow when she’s not. Her energy brings in all the business. Thanks Cici for being awesome.

Delicious coffee, had a Apple crisp oatmilk coffee hot. The parking is always full ,difficult to park. The only thing is that after ordering mobile it was given an 10 min estimate but instead i had to wait another 12 min. Other than that ok.

I regularly get my coffee here, I order through the app. Most times it's great (I really appreciated the consistency). Today, I received my coffee looking unsuperb. Asked my bf what happened and he said the woman refused to remake my drink when it didnt come out as usual. Not sure who ruined her day, but not very good service, is all I gots to say. Customer service is everything if you want a tip :)

Great customer service here with an emphasis on mobile orders, meaning they don't leave you im the abyss on whether or not your order is ready because you cant see the many cups and bags waiting to be picked up. They call your name and if they see someone who's been waiting a bit, they check in with you. They also love fur babies! I've witnessed some regular fur babies come in and immediately be greeted with a puppuccino! And heres a fun fact, they've never run out of tye Double Smoked Bacon Cheddar and Egg sandwich. Its pretty busy in the mornings so leave out early or mobile order your drink ahead of time!P.S. To the patrons that don't mind twirling other customers cups looking for your name or handling sandwich/pastry bags that may belong to someone else, please just ask the friendly Starbucks crew. Imagine having the items you're going to eat or drink fondled by 5-10 strangers before you could grab it?
