Yummy bubble tea! So many bubble tea options it’s kind of overwhelming and not sure where to start. Overall it was really good. Will come back againGot basil popcorn chicken. I think I have tried better, it’s a bit too much flour/dry in my opinion.

I’ve only been here a few times, but the food and drinks are great! I can say that there items are on the pricier side for a boba shop!

This place is so cute and Leanna a bit more authentic to me. The cookies here are so unique and adorable. I love the k-pop and the interior. So so cute.

I love their milktea. Always nice to stop by when you’re around the area. Service is bad tho. This guy took my order does not smile, gave me attitude, i have my apple pay ready and still asking me if im paying cash or card then give me angry look. Like if you dont like your job please quit, you are destroying this place reputation.

This was a horrible experience, I got drinks and me and my whole family were in terrible pain after drinking them . Nausea and everything. Worst experience from a boba shop , need to close down .

We love the seasoning on the popcorn chicken. I usually get the fried oyster onigiri and the takoyaki! It comes out super hot. All the drinks have been great so far too. Lots of selection and the fresh fruit teas are refreshing. Online ordering is easy.

I came in asking for my boba drink and I ask for a specific topping and they completely said I couldn't get my drink that way. They completely said no. Mind you I have asked for this drink before and I never had a problem getting the drink how I want it. Bad customer service. I was willing to pay for any additional toppings but they completely said they couldn't make it.

Mango sago never misses. I wish you could substitute milk. However, the takoyaki texture threw me off as it was way more mushy than I like. :(

Consistently good milk teas, fruit drinks and boba! I've been going here since they opened more than 6 years ago and have never had problems. Sometimes I take the 20 minute drive just to feed a craving! The snacks are tasty, and drinks come out fast! I recommend coming on the weekdays because sometimes it can get hectic on weekends. The only downside I've found is that there's no indoor seating, but there's lots of room for parking so sitting in your car to wait is fine (you get a buzzer to know when your orders done).

Delicious snacks, quick service. The drink still a little bit too sweet even it’s 25% sugar.

Idk why, but this place has such great milk tea. Even though it looks kinda messy inside, the milk tea is quite good. Wish they’d clean up a bit though.

This i-Tea is located in a small plaza that seems a bit hidden away. Do not be fooled though, they are always busy/packed! Ordering online is the best way to do it, or else you will be waiting for 30 - 45 minutes or longer for just a couple of drinks. Service is horrible here - at least the few female employees in the front, they are always dismissive and rude. My family and I ordered drinks, then paid online, but when we got there they tried to charge us for the boba topping like is it not supposed to be paid for when we paid for the order? I had to dig around my car for 50 cents like it is so inconvenient when we did not bring our wallet, since we were going to just do a quick pick up to bring back home, but it turned into a hassle. Also, they will tell you your order is almost ready after ordering online ahead of time, then it would be another 10 - 15 minutes added on, so what is the point of ordering ahead?I usually order the jasmine milk tea with boba or mango sago. The milk tea is usually a bit on the creamier side, it could use a bit more of a tea taste. The mango sago usually hits the spot, it is smooth and sweet. Overall, it is not the best location in terms of efficiency and service - the only good thing is that they are one of the only i-Tea locations (at least that I know of in the area) that has onigiri as a snack option (hence the 2 stars, instead of the 1 star that they deserve).
