Close this Starbucks down! Only one employee working every time. I feel bad ordering a drink from there so if I do order I usually will leave a nice tip. This time, Dec. 8 @ around 2:45, I was disgusted with the customer service, cleanliness and wait time while I was waiting in line. I wasn't in a rush but how can somebody take 10- 15 minutes on two drinks. I was the only person in line for that long. The worker seemed like he did not want to be there and gave me a half-ass acknowledgment that he'll be with me about two times. He barely cleaned out the cups and I was just wondering if he was new and sickly or something because it wasn't adding up. Do not come here! I promise you any close by Starbucks can make your drink way better. I'm pissed at whoever is the hiring manager because they need to get fired!

The concept of having a Starbucks in safeway is quite smart. Get a Starbucks while u or family shops. But the execution of this in this store fails. They never seem to have more than one worker at this Starbucks, who both takes orders and makes the drinks, while a long line of customers painstakingly waits. The wait is almost not worth it when you can go to the Starbucks in the village and get your drink in just a couple mins or nearly "instantly" if you order on the app. This Starbucks has no option to preorder and even if they did, they wouldn't be able to handle the volume. I have seen other safeway Starbucks have two workers that helps tremendously. Not sure why they can't hire another person here. I always feel bad for the workers who work so hard to serve an endless line. They do good despite the pressure, but for me it's just not worth my time. I do appreciate the occasional perk that safeway has on their app for a $2 grande beverage of your choice.

Worst service ever, stood around for 5 min while the barista walked around the by the counter and then when I finally left and another customer walked up Jasmin was very helpful to that person. Oh well just won't shop there anymore!!! I would have marked NO stars but then I couldn't post my review

The barrister is so disrespectful and has got my order wrong multiple times. When ever I go there she just makes my day bad and gives me a hard time
My family were there casually shopping at Safeway, when we conversed about getting coffee. The barista overheard us talking about coffee when we didn't even approach or ask her and she yelled 'WE'RE CLOSED' in a very rude way. We then say have a great night and walked away. Never tried Satrbucks coffee from here and I will never will consider to get coffee from here.

This morning we went there. Nobody came to say hi after we stood there for 5 minutes. We can see they were busy but I don’t think that’s a good way to treat customers. They said hello to the next customer at the time we were leaving. So terrible! I will never go there. Actually I want to give them 0 star.
