Really disappointed with your manager thinking that we were doing fraudulent stuff because we ordered a lot of food She is very rude I do not recommend this round table for anybody... Now because she wanted a check ID and everything I have cold food. If she's is a manager she needs to treat me like a customer.

Had a large pan crust pepperoni and bone in Buffalo wings delivered, it was quick and amazing! The sauce on the pie was robust and hot the pepperoni crispy, the wings were delicious, definitely ordering from this Roundtable again!

Besides the lady being drop dead beautiful her customer service was great I wanted to order cinnamon twist at last minute when I got there and I was apologizing for doing that last minute. She said no reason to apologize not a big deal. That’s good customer service and the food is hot. Good exactly as ordered. Great job don’t get to say that but often these days.

We placed a pick up order and only came home with 3/4 items. A pizza, wings, garlic twists and cinnamon twists. Came home without garlic twists. Once we noticed, I called and they could only help me if I came in or it would be a credit on the next order. So I said I would come back and she offered to make 12 twists. I showed up and she made the wrong ones then argued with me on what was said on the phone. Cheyenne A. Was super rude and unprofessional arguing. They she yelled back to the co worker "3 cinnamon twists" and I let her know she said the wrong twists again! The manager was called and it was fixed in the end but now our pizza is home and cold. Not a great $60 night.

I call to order pizza for delivery and while giving my order I was placed on hold twice and she comes back saying their is no delivery drivers which was ok I told them that I can pick it up at then she says she can't take my order cause it's 1 minute passed the time that they can take the last order.......like are you forreal?

I have tried to go here several times recently. The orders are never ready and no one seems to know what is going on. I was charged incorrectly but they said they couldn't fix it. They ended up refunding the entire order because they hadn't started it yet. Round Table is my favorite pizza so I'm sad to say I will no longer be going to this location.

I’ve ordered delivery 6 times, 4 out of 6 have all been wrong. I just received my pizza and it was the wrong one once again One time they refused to refund me my money, the pizza was cold and I didn’t want it. When calling to let them know I was on hold for 30min. The pizza is great but when ordering delivery check everything before driver drives off cause more than likely they mess up.

From the moment I walked in the door, she greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome and comfortable.She was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, helping me choose the perfect pizza and recommending a delicious side to go with it. I was impressed not just by her professionalism, but by her creativity and cleverness in meeting my needs and making my dining experience enjoyable and memorable.Overall, I highly recommend this pizza place to anyone looking for great food and excellent service, and particularly to anyone who has the pleasure of being served by this talented and friendly girl with the bridge piercing.
