It's hit or miss at this location. Order takers are great but when they prepare your food and you pay for curly fries and get regular fries once you get home. It's just pure disappointment because I didn't get what I ordered. Especially when you pay extra for curly fries. It's like them stealing money from you. Please be better in checking each order before handing it off to your customers. Be more mindful because it could've been you getting to wrong order and being disappointed and angry.

I know a lot of the fast food restaurants do this, but it's super annoying that I order a drink and get the whole cup filled to the brim with ice. I mean , really? Sometimes I forget to ask for no ice, and here I did. That ice took up more than half the cup capacity. I feel almost violated, but for certain taken advantage of. If you order a drink and NEED ice, at the very least say "light ice". Otherwise, do the "no ice" order if you use the drive thru
