Interesting reviews....take the reviews with one or two other reviews with a grain of salt. This is not a fast food pizza place. If you want a fresh pie, then call ahead, or wait the 45 minutes it takes to make the dough, and bake the pizza. They do have pre-made slices. We just moved to Chula Vista and we were searching for a unique pizza shop. We went to the shopping center up the street, (Chula Vista Shopping Center on H Street). And found patxis pizza. We stopped I and found a very good pizza with unique style of Gourmet pizza. The flavors are awesome and the pie was excellent. Soda was flavorful and not watery. I give this pizza shop 5-stars. It was clean, served hot with friendly service and a great change from the normal pizza taste.

Great deep dish! Great sauce, fennel sausage is tasty well balanced with lots of cheese. Crust is well baked and tasty. Definitely worth the wait, if a baby takes 9 months what's a mere 40 minutes! I will be back.
