Apple fritter review #11 Glaze: Enough, a little crunchy, five stars Outside: moderately crunchy, four stars Inside: fluffy and soft, five stars Filling: good amount without being wet, five stars One of my favorite fritters in the area. They actually used to be the crunchiest fritters I'd ever had (maybe I'm weird but that was a plus for me) but they stopped making them that way, probably so more normal people can enjoy them, lol. Five stars.

I consider myself to be a donut connoisseur of types. Typically I don't expect much from the random run of the mill donut shop but today I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. We had a variety of donuts from crumb to chocolate and glazed. All were absolutely fantastic and perfectly prepared. Slightly doughy and chewy but still light and fluffy. Can't recommend this store enough!

Honey Donuts in Citrus Heights has very delicious donuts every day, early in the morning. Many people stop at their donut shop to pick up a few or a box of donuts on the way to work. The owners of Honey Donuts are super nice. The shop is clean, and the donuts are displayed beautifully. It makes me want to bring all of them home. Lol! Finding a parking space in front of the store is easy. They have a vast parking lot shared with many businesses. However, they are not open as early as Honey Donuts.

Best donuts in town family is super friendly best apple fritter. Get there early before they sell out. We have been going here for over 20 years.
