The prices go up and the portions go down. The amount of guacamole you put on the veggie bowls is becoming ridiculous. Please stop it.

This place is a hit or miss, mostly miss lately so I won't be coming back.
Their rice is undercooked from time to time, seriously how incompetent do you have to be to mess up white rice? You can literally measure rice and water using cups then just set a timer and be done with it.
Veggie comes burnt, especially you get the left over ones. Portion is also getting smaller while they charge more.

I can see why this place barely have people because they have been giving small portions when I opened my bowl I I was extremely mad you guys are very sick for being skimpy .

The portions here are extremely disappointing. Happened more than once so sadly won’t be coming back here again.

This is the worst Chipotle location. The portions are so inconsistent. It almost feels like they decide how much to serve you based on how you look.

I have been coming for the past 8 years for my son he loves the rice, I will not be coming back they charged me 8.85 for white rice and cheese for my son that is crazy crazy they said it was a veggie 3 pointer really really it is rice and cheese only. Not only that but the cashier Nattaly was so rude about it saying it is what it is that’s the price.

The service is amazing hear and I like the employees here because they make the experience better. Sure almost every other Chipotle skimps you on the portion size and only give you 4 pieces of meat per scoop. Not here. They actually have a good spoon to food yield ratio and it’s the only reason why I come back because they actually serve you a bowl that won’t make you wonder. What did I spend money on, I need another one. I’m actually full. So this place gets 4.5/5 stars for that. And the employees they’re all happy and great to talk to so 5 stars for the service and the vibes

Disappointed with my salad order. Portion size came out to half of what I normally receive. To the Chipotle CEO, I highly and respectfully disagree with your claim that Chipotle is not skimping on portion sizes. I will not return to this location.

I love Chipotle but I hate when their employees have an attitude. Every time I go during lunch, the cashier is rude and today I had to hold back from giving her a piece of my mind (her name is Erika, according to the receipt). I asked for a bag with handles, mind you that the food I'm about to pay for totals over $25, and she had the audacity to lift up the bowl to see how heavy it was before putting it back down to get the bag!! Was she going to say no if it wasn't heavy enough for her? I don't get why she would do something so unnecessary and rude.

They could have better communication with what is available to eat. I asked for sofritas bow and was told it would be about 25 min. I waited 30 minutes, I returned and waited in line. I got to the front and saw that there was no sofritas yet. I asked how much longer and they ended up telling me they don’t have anymore for the rest of the day.

The food portion was so small and they barely gave me ANY lettuce and rice. And for the amount of money I spent I expected more food.

The food was mediocre at best. Not very hot or fresh.

A server is not attentive, and trash cans are overflowing.

Worst chipotle, I got a kids meal and the rice was crunchy and hard and tasteless , I also asked for a small side of hot salsa and they charged me over $1 for it
