This is the second time I’ve come to this Claremont location and they’ve gotten my order wrong. Pretty frustrating when they can’t tell the difference between scrambled eggs and refried eggs
1st time visiting and will definitely go again. Good food and wide variety of drink options.

I ordered from the Claremont location on 7/15. I came to get food with my cousin. I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries and he ordered just a burger. I took my food to go and when I got home I went to take a bite and the burger fell apart. You couldn’t even grab it the whole bottom was soggy and you couldn’t grab the bun. When I did take a bite I realized the whole burger was saw. Both patties were entirely pink like they didn’t even touch the grill for than 10 seconds. I was disgusted and I could have gotten sick. They also forgot to give me my fries. I’m not surprised they messed up the order. The whole restaurant seem understaffed. It seemed like they had only one person taking order serving the bar and serving food and like one person in the kitchen. There was apparently no manager there either. It seems that there’s only a manager there two days out of the week somehow as I was told. I called that same day to let them know. I just wanted my money back which I think was fair. They said that they could either remake it or give me a refund which I said I wanted a refund. They told me that I would have to wait for a manager to come in on the weekend in order for me to get my refund. They said they would take down my number and make note of it in order to tell the manager what happened. They said I would receive a call back letting me know when a manager came in so I could call or come in to discuss the issue. I never got a call back at all and when I called back, they said they didn’t recall the instance, but I let them know what happened the second time. They said again that they would write down what happened and they took down my number again and said I receive a call and they still didn’t call or let me know what would happen. They said that there would be a manager there Friday or Saturday after 1:30 so I went on Friday in person to take care of the issue. I spoke with the manager there Alyssa she seemed kind of rude and that she didn’t want to deal with the issue at all. I told her what happened and she didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. She said that she wasn’t made aware of either phone call or anything about a refund. There is clearly no management there. When I arrived and asked to talk to a manager the worker went and told her. She was just sitting down at the bar doing nothing, just on her phone. I was trying to tell her that I had pictures of the receipt and the food to prove what I was saying was true and that I had bought food and she just kept telling me repeatedly that she wouldn’t give me a refund and when I asked her why she said that it wasn’t part of the policy. She said the only thing she could offer is a remake, but I told her no I wanted my refund and she kept denying it to me. I don’t think there’s any reason why I shouldn’t be able to get a refund. She had actually told me in person that if that if the person had called her that she would’ve probably been able to walk him through a refund, which is contradictory to the fact that she said it’s not part of policy and that’s because there isn’t even a policy. She was just lying. I had called back to see if I could talk to someone else, but she was the manager that answered so I had another conversation with her. She just kept saying the same nonsense and when asked where is this so called policy or what is it. She said I’m not going to do this after being asked what the policy is. She kept saying I’m not going to do this after being asked multiple times and said have a good day. She lacks people skills and professionalism. I will never eat this restaurant ever again.

I’m a house reward member and have decided to stop coming in. The new staff is not friendly, and the food quality has gone down hill. I watch as the bartender, who seemed irritated that I ordered a cocktail, mixed it then let it sit for 5 minutes while she poured shot after shot into a large mug to serve to the kitchen staff. The melted ice watered down the drink. As the kitchen staff sipped on the drink, my Rueben tots sat and sat until they came out cold. I would have mentioned it but since the bartender never checked on us again, we decided to ask for the check and leave.

Jailbird wings is their ghost restaurant inside. Ordered GrubHub pick up order. It was all wrong. Ugh. Hot tater tots are good but the rest not good. Chili tastes gross. We ordered our food with no dairy. It still came with nacho runny cheese on top!
The sliders were wrong also. They say dill pickles but they’re sweet- maybe bread and butter pickles?? They’re supposed to have lettuce or Cole slaw but they only came with not dill pickles and sauce.
Chicken was ok, great, nothing amazing.
We did call the restaurant and ask them to remake the order. Woman was rude and did offer to remake but super bad attitude about the no dairy. She kept saying “that’s how it comes “. I said our receipt even says no dairy. She kept insisting “it comes that way!”.
I mean I get it, but I’ve definitely ordered chili with No cheese before.
We went for a refund instead. Bad attitude tells me I don’t even want them touching my food.
I’ll never go there again.

Clearly taking advantage of its customers, STAY AWAY! I know I won’t be returning. Many other good places to eat around here that do not take advantage of their customers…

Usually love the food but my veggie dog and my friends sliders were still kinda cold on the inside! We left and hour ago but we both have a bad stomach ache and some man passed out at the bar and almost fell over 😱 place was better when I came last year 🫤

I am writing to express my concerns about a recent experience at your establishment that left me and my partner quite disappointed. We have always enjoyed visiting your bar, but on our last visit, we encountered some troubling behavior from a staff member, which I feel needs to be addressed.When we arrived, we were met with a scoff and an obvious display of annoyance from a female employee with pink hair. This incident occurred shortly after our bartender, with curly hair, welcomed us warmly and provided excellent service. However, while we waited for our refills, the same employee seemed to disregard us entirely, failing to acknowledge our presence or offer assistance.
Upon requesting to speak with a manager, I was surprised to learn that she was indeed the manager. I must say, her choice of attire was not in line with professional standards one would expect from someone in that position. Furthermore, it appeared she was more focused on her phone and with other employees while our server handled the majority of the work. This lack of professionalism reflected poorly on the overall atmosphere of the bar.As regular customers, we appreciate a welcoming environment and attentive service. We hope that you can look into this matter, as it left us with a negative impression. This is not first time this has happen with this employee with pink hair. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Almost every time I go, they mislabel our food. This wouldn't be an issue, however I am vegetarian and order the Impossible option while my boyfriend orders the pastrami. The only reason I keep coming back is because I enjoy the food (when properly labeled). There isn't even room for interpretation, today's order had one burrito clearly marked "impossible". I always have my boyfriend eat first to see if it's correct. Not an exaggeration, probably 9/10 times the food is labeled wrong. This is ridiculous.
