As per usual, I frequent Del Tacos more so than other eateries of fast food and seldom encounter one that I don't like. I've enjoyed this location many times throughout several years. Currently they have some good staff. A youngster that's actually polite and engaged in his work without being too all about it, which I feel is cool. My bean and cheese burritos were filled generously. Iced coffees are always fire here as well.

There’s a big guy with a really bad attitude, and looks like a bad person. I come often for lunch and each time I he’s helped me he’s tried to make me feel dumb and isn’t very helpful at all. Eveyone else is amazing just this guy….

This is my go to Del Taco, they never disappointed me until today. I had a long day and wanted to get something so I didn’t have to go home on an empty stomach. However, when I get home and reached into my bag, I was met with very hot chili. I looked inside the bag to see that whoever bagged my food threw it in, making the box pop open and spill all over my other items. I thought maybe it was an accidental, because this never happened before. I call them to let them know what happened and if I can get it replaced. But instead I was met with a snappy guy (same guy that took my order) telling me that I’m wrong and he won’t replace it. So my question to him is: why would I grab these chili fries, spill it all over the place, call and ask to take my order back so it can be replaced?? That doesn’t make any sense to me, why would I want to waste both of our times and waste food like that?? Reading the other 1 star reviews, I’m sure we’re talking about the same guy. I never had him before, and the first time I get him, my order is a complete mess. I drove back and got a refund, but he seemed very annoyed at me. I understand, I’ve worked with fast food before and I don’t like dealing with hard customers, but I don’t believe I’m one of them. I hesitated on just eating the food so I didn’t have to go back but I couldn’t even eat the donut bites because there was chili soaked into them. If I can upload the pictures I took of the mess, I would.
Anyways, any other day this Del Taco is my favorite go to Del Taco. But tonight, it really left me disappointed. All I wanted was for it to be replaced but all I got was scolded and came home to no dinner.

Hate going at night they always have a guy who doesn’t speak English he’s rude never gets my order right and I kid you not everytime I go there he always messes something up never ceases to amaze me. Del taco do better and get a better order taker maybe someone that can communicate more effectively

Bad food and the cooks had a bad attitude because when I returned what I bought, which was 3psc of chicken with potatoes, they started complaining between Ella's because they gave me 2 bad chickens and one was just fresh

Its del taco they are great ???? suprisingly the bacon burger is good and my favorite macho combo burrito or shrimp tacos.
