We really enjoyed our experience at this place! The staff was very friendly, and the food was very high quality. I wasn't expecting much, but I was very pleasantly surprised! The food was very fresh and decently priced. We will most certainly be back!

Great food and service. I've never been disappointed. The ribs are awesome.

Tasty micheladas, AND they give you the bottle of remaining beer- which all places SHOULD do. I got chile relleno and it was divine. Fresh, hot and delicious. It was very cheesy and excellent texture. The beans were good and my husband had the huevos divorciados which he liked. The service was great, attentive and polite. We already agreed to come back to try all their other menu items. This place has a cool, happy atmosphere and comfortable. Glad we found this spot on our way to the beach!

I was on the way to Romp-O-Rama and my family and I decided to stop here. It did not look busy so decided to stop by. Our waiter was nice and helpful!! The food was great too. We got the taquitos en salsa verde, Quesadilla for kids and the chipotle chicken torta. I'd definitely stop by again when I'm back in town.

Honestly, our favorite restaurant in Corona. We moved to Corona this year and have been exploring restaurants here. This has been by far our favorite. The food is AMAZING!! The service is great too and we've even had the fortune to meet the owners. Very nice people.

This cute little place is at the end of a strip mall in Corona. The ambiance is very energetic and hip. Service was AWESOME. And the food was amazing! The fish tacos were perfectly prepared and piping hot! We will def stop in again when in the area!

The photographer deserves a standing ovation. I have been drooling over the food posts for a year! I could not wait to dine at El Encanto. I am sad to say it did not live up to the hype. First, the cocktail menu displays on the table are deceiving. Yes, in small (cursive writin) at the top it does state the cocktails are wine based.. BUT it shows a Cadillac Margarita, Rum dinks, Vodka drinks, Tequila...etc. That was more of an annoyance than a real issue as I knew from previous reviews that was the case. The decor: Loved it! Artwork that really was worth the space. I enjoyed gazing at all the lovely pieces throughout the restaurant. The ambiance: Meh. A few televisions. None tuned to Monday night football One on a Youtube channel showing hundreds of ways to easily cook an egg, and then a potato.... We were the only people dining at 6pm on Monday. Which was odd to me. I enjoyed it though :) Chips were crisp and fresh. Salsa was bland. I asked for a side of chile verde to dip my chips in. Also bland. That alone made my decision to not get the "green" enchiladas or the pozole. My hubby ordered baby back ribs. They were accompanied with a few slices of over steamed squash and a quarter of a bell pepper...not enough of a side serving. Also, rice. It was ok. A bit dry. The ribs were absolutely swimming in the spicy sauce. It was good ..but did not need to be swimming (see photo). Another issue, the ribs were chopped with a cleaver to seperate (it would seem) and therefor had slivers of bone onvthe edges...DANGEROUS. I ordered a 3 taco combo plate with 2 battered fish tacos and 1 grilled. Too much batter on the fish...I am guessing tilapia? Fish tacos need a heartier white fish than whatever this was. Cod would have been perfect and not fallen to a mushy mess, i would hope. Too much cabbage and chopped tomato for my taste. Needed a lot of onion and cilatro instead. White sauce was bland. Pinto beans had good flavor but were still hard. I would not order this dish again. My son ordered the carnitas plate. He loved it! All was done very well (except his beans were hard too) and they give you a huge mound of guacamole that was really delicious! The birthday girl ordered shrimp in a white wine garlic sauce that was accompanied with plain white rice and a small portion of steamed squash n bell pepper chunks (like the ribs). The shrimp were delicious. They gave her 6. The rice was boring and she would have loved more steamed veggies (over cooked or not). They gave her an order of churros for her birthday dessert. Drizzled with choclate. THESE ARE AMAZING! I ordered a glass of Zinfandel (because they were out of the whites I preferred with fish). It was a 5oz generous pour and it was good. Not like I would go out of my way to purchase it type good...but good. We will try back again. I would like to try carne asada tacos and maybe the sea bass i keep seeing on facebook :) I hope this review helps the chef work out some issues :)

My new favorite place! Everything is always on point ! Caddillac margaritas and all their food is so amazing! Seafood is so fresh and tasty! This resturant is a piece of fine Art from their food, drinks and inside full of incredible paintings! The owner and staff are very friendly! I am a regular here now and I totally reccomend !

Slow service. Little space. On the expensive side. Our wait or, thou very nice, was very slow.

Good service. Nice waitress. I thought the food was average compared to other restaurants in Corona. Chips and salsa (not spicy enough) chips were good. The carne asada was tasteless and did nothing for the torta I ordered. I ate half and was disappointed. It did come with nice wedge fries. Rice seemed like boxed rice. My wife said the shrimp cocktail was spicy and good. It was $90 w/ 20% tip for 2 adults and 2 kids and no drinks. We also had the asada on a plate. Again tasteless. Oh well I can say I tried it.

Food tastes great. Atmosphere was welcoming, staff was friendly. Happened by on accident. Will make sure to return next time I'm in the area.
