I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at your location. It took 38 minutes to prepare my McGriddle meal, and when I was finally served, the food was lukewarm. The attitude of your staff was unacceptable and inexcusable. I demand an explanation for this experience and expect you to take the necessary steps to ensure that it does not happen again. If you fail to do so, I will be forced to share my negative experience and harm the reputation of your location. Additionally, your delays caused me to be late, which is unacceptable.I expect a follow-up about this issue because we need to discuss the quality of employees you hire for your restaurant. Please note that this happened on February 29th at 10:15 a.m. and that there was a manager present who heard the dismissive and rude behavior of your staff members towards a customer who had valid frustrations due to being made late by McDonald's.

This McDonalds location is the absolute worse place to eat. I ordered food and asked them to cook it fresh, "COOK TO ORDER" When I got home, literally just up the hill from McDonalds everything that I ordered was cold and so awful! You spend almost $30 and for WHAT? I hope the owner/operator of this location is getting a lot of complaints because they need to do something about the way the staff prepares food. Never Again will I go to this location!!

Horrible service takes forever to get 2 drinks would not recommend this place ever u can get better service took more then 5 five mins to go to the back and get some "syrup " for a drink.

As many Americans, I myself love McDonald's to. I have slowly drifting away from McDonald's for a few reasons. I'm trying to be healthy 1 but most importantly the pricing is ridiculously high!!!! Also, this whole digital electric self service, Concept that McDonald's is moving to is ridiculous for many reasons.And Corona this Hass to be the only location that offers a human, with a smile to help you with your order. These people are amazing and the service was great as well as the food.Like I said, with pricing, extremely high for the quality food, so I use digital coupons. To maximize my money me and my boys order separately. These people took our orders and gave us excellent service. We were not discriminated for trying to save a few dollars!!!!!! The place looks very clean and organized. To conclude, if I will have McDonald's, I will have it here or I will not! Have McDonald's good job Team! I hope you guys can get some kind of recognition at your site.
